Ideally located in the historic village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, 150m from the shops and sheltered from the hustle and bustle; this comfortable cottage of 75m2 is on the first floor in a recently rehabilitated eighteenth century dry stone bastide.

The 500 m² courtyard, fully enclosed, is planted with trees of regional species. A parking lot is in front of the property.

On the night side, two carefully furnished rooms await you.
Then, on the food side, a kitchen is fitted out for the preparation of your meals; a dining room can accommodate 4 guests around a farm table
Finally, on the relaxation side, a comfortable stay awaits you. It can warmly accommodate up to 4 people.

Outside, you will be charmed by the garden: lime trees, acacia trees and fig trees. Several dining areas await you.
In the garden, you can come and read, relax on deck chairs, sunbathe on the sunbeds because in the middle of summer, the garden offers an image of soothing and rural freshness, or relax, back from a hike, in the jacuzzi (5 seats).

The setting combining the sweetness of the countryside and cultural and sporting outings promises you a rejuvenation in the middle of nature on a property with a wooded garden.

Sheets and towels are provided.
A deposit of €450 is required upon entry to the premises. It is returned on the day of departure after an inventory of fixtures.
