Three-room apartment 50 meters from the sea, in a new and well-kept residential complex with a large swimming pool, equipped with a children's area always supervised by a lifeguard. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a beautiful balcony from which you can enjoy an enchanting view with sunset over the dunes and the sea. Leaving the house barefoot to walk on the white 8 km long beach, enjoying incredible sunsets and landscapes and intense aromas of myrtle and rosemary, is truly an unforgettable experience. Immediately behind the residence flow the last bends of the Coghinas river which you can walk along inside the Naturalistic Park which starts right on the edge of the residential area. The latter is included in the strip of land between the river and the sea and with a short walk you can reach the suggestive mouth of the river on the S. beach. Peter.
The apartment is equipped with: sea view living room with well equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, kettle), sitting area with TV and double sofa bed; balcony with table and chairs; double bedroom with large wardrobe; second bedroom with two joinable single beds and wardrobe; bathroom with shower, electric heated towel rail and washing machine. Air conditioning with heat pump. Comfortable private parking space.
The residential area of the Bay has a security service at the entrance to guarantee security. Guests will be welcomed by Mrs. Emanuela who will be the reference in case of need.
A few kilometers away, the towns of Valledoria and Badesi offer all services all year round (supermarket, banks, medical guard, shops, bars and restaurants).
From June to September a few meters are available in the square of the residential area of Baia delle Mimose: minimarket, bar, newsagent, tobacconist, restaurant and a pleasant free evening entertainment.
The discreet Tourist Village included in the area allows access to sports facilities (tennis courts and Olympic swimming pool) with the purchase of a card.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand, der sehr schön ist und viel bietet. Es gibt zwei Strandbars und viel Platz.Die Anlage bietet Abends noch Unterhaltungsprogramm und hat eine Bar, Pizzeria und ein paar Läden.Alles in allem sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Anlage, super Lage und alles sehr sauber!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Der Strand ist perfekt für Kinder und der Zugang zum Meer flach. Durch die Dünen wird die Anlage vom Strand abgetrennt. Wir hatten Meerblick. Von unserem Appartement (was super ausgestattet ist) waren es gerademal 2 Minuten zum Strand. Eine Dusche befindet sich auch am Strand. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Conoscevo già il complesso Baia delle Mimose in quanto avevo soggiornato presso l’hotel gli anni precedenti. Quest’anno abbiamo voluto provare l’esperienza di stare in appartamento per non avere vincoli di orario. E’ stata un’ottima scelta, l’appartamento è molto carino, esattamente come nelle foto presenti sul sito, e abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di mangiare sul terrazzo (solo un paio di giorni in tre settimane abbiamo mangiato dentro per via del caldo eccessivo). La casa è ben fornita di tutto ciò che può servire. Per arrivare in spiaggia basta attraversare la duna di fronte a casa, quindi decisamente comodo. Sistemazione super consigliata sia per una coppia che per una famiglia.

Gut, aber wenig Infrastruktur in der näheren Umgebung

Kommunikation vor Ort sehr schwierig, da fast nur in italienisch. Check in- Infos, wie Parkplatz oder Hausnummer nicht vorhanden. Nur 1 Schlüssel vorhanden, das war sehr mühsam, wenn 2 Personen gleichzeitig weg wollten. Infrastruktur auf dem Areal mangelhaft. Wohnung sehr schön mit schönem Meerblick und kurzem Weg zum Meer. Keine Check out- Infos oder Arealinfos in der Wohnung.

Petit appartement situé au premier étage dans un très beau complexe , très bien entretenu et sécurisé , propre ,fleuri et calme. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces . Belle plage à deux pas . Piscine surveillée , ouverte de 10:30 à 13:30 et de 16:30 à 19:30. Cependant , il ne possède ni lave -vaisselle , ni grille-pain comme mentionné dans les équipements. Le linge de maison est très insuffisant , pas de couverture ou de couette , pas de pile dans la télécommande de la télévision, les lits non faits à notre arrivée ... Bien qu’il soit agréable , cet appartement est sous dimensionné pour 6 adultes ....

Dear Sandrine, I am sorry to read from your review a series of defects that do not correspond to the truth. From our announcement it is clear that there are two bedrooms and that the 5th and 6th beds are made up of a sofa bed which, once opened, restricts the space of the living room. Similarly, the announcement does not indicate the presence of the dishwasher and the toaster. The bedspreads were available and Signora Emanuela had given you the availability for any need (for example new quilts or batteries for the remote control). Even the sheets are available but the tourist prepares the bed as he prefers. Also keep in mind that we have also taken steps to resolve a fairly serious problem (because of your leaving the keys inside the lock) by immediately sending competent personnel to reopen the apartment. We believe it is right to specify what does not seem to be correct. Sincerely Elisabetta

Wunderbare Wohnung für uns mit unserem Sohn, 5 Jahre. Sein Highlight die Dünen mit all den kleinen Tieren vor der Haustüre und der abendliche Poolbesuch in der Anlage. Unser Highlight war der wundervolle Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend vom Balkon und die moderne Waschmaschine. Kleines Manko die Matratzen mit Kuhle. Gerne wieder!

Très bon sejour

Appartement conforme à la description. Placé à 100 mètres d'une belle plage de sable fin de plus de 8 km. Bien équipé et fonctionnel avec une literie très confortable au sein d'une résidence de vacances animé en soirée et une belle piscine. Proche de très jolis sites comme Castelcardo, Costa paradiso et Isola Rossa, il est ideal pour une famille avec enfants.
