完全独立したミニアパートメント（24平方メートル）は、地下鉄の停留所からわずか10mのナポリ中心部に位置し、公共交通機関に非常に近いため、10分以内で市内のあらゆる場所にアクセスできます。 アパートメントは2つの部屋で構成されています。グラウンドフロアには簡易キッチン、冷蔵庫、テレビ付きのリビングルームがあり、上の階にはバスルームとテレビ付きの寝室エリアがあります。 暖房は自律的です。 夏季には、アパートは1階の年代物の建物の中庭の中にあるので、とても涼しいです。 簡単に2人を歓迎するが、2階のダブルベッドに加えて、1階のリビングルームには、大きなソファベッドがあるので、4人を収容することもできます。 建物の隣にはバー、タバコ屋、デリカテッセン、薬局、駐車場があります。 ご希望の場合は、別途料金で朝食を請求できます。 リネンの交換は8日ごとに行われます。 車でお越しの方は、すぐ近くに3つの安全なガレージがあります。
構造は歴史的中心部と丘陵地帯の間に位置していますので、 "I Decumani"、 "Quartieri Spagnoli"、考古学博物館、Casodimonteの王宮、Casch Sant近くのMaschio Angioinoのある王宮の両方を訪れることができます。 'ElmoとCertosa di San Martino。 （ガイドツアーもあります）

Cute and convenient

The apartment is small, would recommend for a single traveler or couple that does good in snug spaces. It has all the basics to make a great basecamp for Naples and is across the street from the subway enabling you to get anywhere you need to go. Germano was very warm and helpful, and picked us up from the train station since the subway workers were on strike that day. The internet wasnt working during our stay, but that's how it goes sometimes. Overall made a great stopping point for us.

Lovely stay!

The owener was carring, helped me find the way from the train station to B&B. Recomended the best place to have pizza, fish or coffee. After a couple of days asked if everything is ok. Anytime I wanted a direction somewhere else from Naples, he was willing to help. If I am ever in Naples again I'll go for this B&B for sure!

Ideale punto di appoggio per esplorare Napoli e dintorni

Appartamento piccolo, ma accogliente, attaccato alla stazione della metropolitana, da cui si raggiungono tutti i punti di Napoli di maggior interesse. La zona è tranquilla e fornita di supermercato e fruttivendolo. L'eccellenza la merita soprattutto per i proprietari, Germano e Rita, che sono molto solleciti e cortesi riguardo ad ogni esigenza!

Viva Napoli !

Naples est une ville à vivre, à découvrir loin des sentiers battus. Un patrimoine architectural fabuleux, des gens chaleureux, une ville qui vit et bouge et des restaurants au rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel que demander de mieux ?. Des îles paradisiaques (Procida, Capri) toutes proches et des villes où vous vous retrouvez 1900 en arrière (Pompéi, Herculanum) s'ajoutent encore à tout cela. Votre hôte est, de plus, aimable, accueillant et sérieux et son logement juste à côté du Metro, de commerces multiples (à Naples pas de grandes surfaces mais beaucoup de petits commerçants et de marchés dans la rue, c'est super !) et d'un café où il fait bon prendre son café dès le réveil. Reste une seule chose à s'habituer c'est les vespas qui roulent partout, sans casque parfois et en ne respectent pas le code de la route. Mais tant de richesses vous fait oublier ce petit problème. Cosy!

I spend christmas this year at Il Rifugio and it is really that: a cosy, comfy, homely refuge! Germano and Rita were both really nice, helpful and friendly. The apartment is small, but really nicely furnished. It is just around the corner of the historic city center and gives you the opportunity to see an authentic Naples next to the touristic one. I had a really great time and would definitely come again.

Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Neapels und der Region Kampanien

Der Aufenthalt hat mir gut gefallen. Der Empfang der Mitarbeiterin des Vermieters war herzlich. Der Vermieter hat bei Fragen über WhatsApp schnell reagiert und geholfen. Für jemanden, der Entspannung und Ruhe sucht, ist das Apartment sicher nicht das Richtige. Aber für jemanden wie mich, die das Refugium als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region Kampanien nutzen möchte, sehr gut geeignet. Das Apartment bietet alles was man braucht und man hat durch die nahe gelegene U-Bahnstation einen sehr guten Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr in alle Richtungen.

Breve soggiorno al "Il Rifugio"

Appartamento piccolo ma molto, molto carino, di quello che serve non manca niente. Ricavato in una vecchia stalla con particolari architettonici caratteristici come il soffitto a botte nella camera da letto, in tema anche il lavello in pietra e le mattonelle decorate. Grazie Germano, per l'ospitalità, è stato come tornare a casa a ritrovare un vecchio amico.

Piacevole soggiorno a Napoli

Ho soggiornato presso "il Rifugio" 4 notti e mi sono trovata bene; l'appartamento è situato vicino alla metropolitana, comodo per chi arriva in treno, ma comunque è possibile spostarsi anche a piedi. Il proprietario Germano si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile, sia all'arrivo che durante la permanenza. Grazie ancora! Consiglio il posto perchè corrispondente alla descrizione del sito, accogliente ed in buono stato.

Piacevole soggiorno a Napoli

Ho soggiornato presso "Il Rifugio" per 4 notti e mi sono trovata bene, l'appartamento è situato in una posizione comoda sia per visitare il centro a piedi, sia per spostarsi con la metropolitana. Il proprietario Germano si è mostrato molto gentile e disponibile durante la mia permanenza. Lo ringrazio ancora. Consiglio il posto perchè accogliente, in buono stato, funzionale e tranquillo.
