This cozy studio with a maximum capacity of two people is ideal for a couple or a single person. Apartment accessible from the ground floor with a total living area of approximately 20m2. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, dining area with table and two chairs, lounge area with two armchairs and coffee table, separate bathroom with shower and toilet, upstairs bedroom on the mezzanine with a 140cm double bed with storage space, dressing table, wardrobe, chair.
The studio has its own sunny terrace, separated from the other terraces of the residence by a hedge. Garden furniture and parasol available.
Appliances: The apartment has a satellite TV with international channels, free WIFI, the kitchen is equipped with hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, small oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and the necessary dishes. Blackout automated velux on the first floor.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to around ten steps to access the courtyard and the sleeping arrangements upstairs.
