"I am going to be Honest as a Guest that recently stayed.
The location by far is the best in South Kihei. Food, stores, groceries are walking distance.
We arrived to a super clean two spacious bedroom location. Each bedroom had its own Bathroom that were spotless. Living room was awesome. Free flowing into the kitchen allows easy entertaining. The couch is perfect size. The decor is a great fit as well.

"We booked this condo with the anticipation we’d be using this as a home base after activities and excursions around Wailea We ended up spending much more time laying on the green lawn, playing cards on the patio, and watching the sea turtles on the beach boarding the property. Could not have asked for better accommodations and host! Steve and Connie were extremely communicative and accommodating when our travel plans changed. We will be coming back! "

"We’ve always wanted to find a place on the beach side of Kihei Rd. This is it! Wonderful view of ocean from our 2nd floor one bedroom condo. Right next to a beautifully maintained public park. Condo was small but the layout is efficient. It was comfortable & clean. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking meals relaxing! The staff keep the grounds in excellent condition and on-site manager is in the office (during the daytime) for all questions/concerns. Free parking just steps from the elevator....
