Not what I expected
First we got to the door and it was so dirty, it looked as if people only open it by kicking it. After getting past the door we were impressed with the size and how cute the place was but then a couple hours later we realized our feet were black ( which would explain why the ladder to the bunk bed look so dirty). So we went ahead and washed our feet before getting into bed each night. By the 3rd day our kitchen sink was gurgling. I sent a message to what I thought was a "host" but was actually the resort front desk (I believe). I told them about the kitchen around 7pm and didn't get a response until late the next morning. So we left for the beach. Came back to a worker being in the kitchen -without being notified. The worker couldn't figure it out but acknowledged the sink was backing up again and he would be back. Within no time the sink was overflowing all over the kitchen floor. We used every towel we could find. I sent a message to the resort again. No response. So when we went out for the day I stopped at front desk again and told them the sink was actively overflowing but we were leaving. I left an adult in the room while we left and they came back again in which it was finally fixed. Another problem were the keys. The keys would work to get in the tower but not the room or wouldn't work at all. The first night I had to call maintenance because the remotes wouldn't work. The top bunk wouldn't work at all while only one would work to 2 tvs. It was not the ideal vacation.
