In the heart of the village of Crac'h, about a 5-minute drive from the marina of La Trinité-sur-Mer, close to the Gulf of Morbihan, the beaches of Locmariaquer, hiking trails, and cycling paths, charming small semi-detached house (approx. 28m²) for 4 people, located on Rue St Clair :
- Direct entrance into the living area with an open-plan and equipped kitchen (4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, mini oven, fridge-freezer) and dining area(table, benches, TV). Underfloor heating
On the 1st floor, accessible via a steep staircase :
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm, duvet), closet
- Small shower room with washing machine
- WC
On the 2nd floor, accessible via a miller's ladder :
Open attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm, duvets)
Free WIFI
Public parking nearby
One pet allowed with an extra charge (5€/day)
