Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut und auch ruhig. Super Ausblick aufs Meer. Zum BĂ€cker (sehr gut) und zurĂŒck waren es ca.5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die ParkplĂ€tze dĂŒrften etwas breiter sein. Ansonsten war alles bestens. Auch die Restaurants in der NĂ€he.

location super/agence suivi tres mediocre

appartement: tres bien situe, refait avec gout, tres agreable. tres bel emplacement les - (mix agence/proprio) - 1 seul verrou pour l'appartement, pas de badge et non communication de l'agence du code par mail (ecrit manuellement sur papier volant-> a ameliorer) 5 cles sur le trousseau sans explications le fonctionnement de l'appartement (poubelles/les autres clefs/interrupteur neon SDB non visible/ - l'etat des lieux entree pourrait contenir les "defauts" signales par les autres locataires/proprietaires, ce qui eviterait d'avoir a le faire. - pas de wifi en option (c'est un basic desormais) - aucun "kit d'accueil" contenant par ex 1 rl papier WC, sel/poivre/une eponge) l'agence s'est introduit dans l'appartement en mon absence ! pour verifier le fonctionnement du neon SDB (j'ai ete notifiee par mail / lu a posteriori) l'agent a laisse un masque usage sur le lavabo de la SDB en pleine periode COVID. pas de reponse a cette interrogation du protocole lieu prive loue/covid.....

Vue imprenable

TrĂšs belle semaine, le charme de l'arriĂšre-saison, idĂ©al pour faire une pause... Le studio propre, bien agencĂ©, et le petit plus, la terrasse, d'oĂč j'ai pu admirer les levers de soleil, entendre le ressac des vagues, et rĂȘvasser. Commerces Ă  deux pas, dont un petit traiteur, et une Ă©picerie fine... Et pour finir, les conseillĂšres de l'agence sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Je vais revenir trĂšs vite !
