Beau séjour à proximité de la mer des restaurants et des commerces

Tres beau 2 pièces tres bien équipé.On aurait aimé la clim .Emplacement sur le côté on voit la mer du jardinet terasse mais heureusement longtemps à l ombre dans la journée !Garage au dessous TRES pratique . On a été satisfait du séjour. Forcément idéalement placé en centre ville il y a parfois du bruit nocturne.

Bel appartement lumineux.

Bel appartement neuf, lumineux.Tout pres de la mer. Rien ne manque, laccueil chaleureux. Nous avons passe une belle semaine et y reviendrons surement. Le seul bemol: le bruit du bar tout pres. Mais nous sommes en ville !!

Tout y était

accueil très agréable, logis très propre et très joliment décoré, tout y était à notre grande surprise : draps et lit fait, serviettes de toilette, torchons, nécessaire d'entretien, bouteilles d'eau et condiments alimentaires, etc... Et c'est un peu là le problème : ABRITEL ne nous a pas mentionné celà. On aurait pu se passer d'amener notre linge de maison. Donc descriptif incomplet d'ABRITEL. Sinon c'était super !

Très bon séjour au centre de Carnac-plage mais...

Logement très propre, bien équipé et très bien décoré. Il est situé proche du centre de Carnac et de la grande plage. Cependant il faut signaler que l'annonce note la présence d'internet dans cette location, mais en fait il n'y a pas de wifi, ce qui est étonnant en 2024 et handicapant si on en a vraiment besoin. Lorsque la question est posée au propriétaire, il répond qu'il y a la 5G... Il semble que cette question lui a déjà été posée plusieurs fois et que l'installation "devait être faite". C'est pour cela que je n'ai noté qu'une croix pour la précision de l'annonce, à la limite mensongère.

Appartement genau wie beschrieben, für zwei Personen perfekt, tolle Terrasse! Morgens direkt in den Atlantik, nur zwei Minuten! Die Guinguette hinten raus: Super zum Kleinigkeiten essen, trinken und tanzen! Wir haben es genossen!

Très bon séjour

L appartement est très bien situé, juste la rue à traverser pour accéder à la mer, commerces juste à l arrière. Il est cependant très calme. La petite terrasse est vraiment très agréable pour l apéro, bronzer ou déjeuner avec une petite vue sur la mer. L appartement est très propre et décoré avec goût! C est un lieu très agréable pour passer une semaine de vacances☀️ Peut être plus adapté pour un couple sans enfant. Patrice est un hôte disponible.

Annonce imprécise

Appartement très propre très bien. Premier point négatif on ne peut pas fermer la porte de l’intérieur, il faut sortir fermer et faire le tour par la baie vitrée. Autrement dit niveau sécurité incendie cela est très très dangereux. Deuxième point négatif la vue mer des photos n’est pas du tout comme cela. On est obliger de sortir de l’appartement et de regarder à gauche via la terrasse. Pas terrible. Troisième point négatif le propriétaire ne prévient qu’il faut ajouter un supplément de 75€ à celui de la location pour le nettoyage. Une somme pas moindre surtout en fin de vacances et quand on a déjà pas un tarif de location. Dernier point: le stationnement compliqué dans el souterrain même avec un petit véhicule ainsi que le bruit du bar de nuit juste derrière l’habitation.

Emplacement vraiment privilégié proche de la plage et calme personnes occupant le même immeuble très agréables. L'excès de bibelots que nous avons dû remiser dans les placards a été la seule gêne, donc autant dire aucune.
