Located on the 4th floor (without an elevator) in a typical old building with a small stairwell, this accommodation offers a view of the port, in a lively local setting.

An optimized and well-designed space
Small and air-conditioned, the studio has been fully functionally furnished, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It features a double bed (160x190 cm), a wall-mounted television, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette: stovetop, sink, refrigerator, dishes, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The shower room with toilet also includes a washing machine, convenient for extended stays. Please note: the restrooms may be narrow for taller guests, so please consider this before booking.
