Situé en hyper centre du Mont-Dore au pied du marché, à proximité de tous commerces, des thermes et de toutes commodités, bel appartement T2 bis d'environ 27m² au 2° étage exposé Sud et bénéficiant d'une trés belle vue.
Accès wifi illimité et chaînes tv par box Orange.
Il se compose d'une pièce à vivre avec cuisine US équipée avec plaque vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur top, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle ...
Une chambre lit 140 avec salle d'eau /wc, sèche-serviettes et lave linge.
Local à skis
En annexe séparée de l'appartement à mi-palier en dessous, une chambre cabine avec lits superposés, wc avec lave-mains.
Capacité 4 personnes. (2 dans l'appartement et 2 dans la chambre annexe)
Animaux : uniquement 1 petit chien accepté
Forfait ménage sur demande : 70 € en supplément
Arrivées du lundi au samedi (hors jours fériés) de 15h à 17h30, vous rendre directement à l'agence.
