Good value and conveniently located apartment

A quiet apartment near the town centre and a walkable distance from the Propel lift. Mainly well equipped, though a few more things like table mats would be helpful. Visitors should be aware that the bunk room is not screened off in any way.The check in process would be better if the number of address was given in the penultimate message rather than in the one just before arrival, when you might not be able to access emails.

IdĂ©alement placĂ© pour profiter a la fois de la citĂ© Vauban (en haut) et de la ville moderne, la rue animĂ©e se trouve en bas de celle du studio. A 5mn a pied, se trouve un supermarchĂ© Leclerc, et la gare 5mn a peine plus loin...Une cour fermĂ©e permet de garer la voiture sans souci. On a eu du mal a trouver l'adresse exacte par contre, c'est le 13 de la rue (jamais mentionnĂ©). Location trĂšs calme. Parfaite pour 2 personnes, un peu juste pour 4 au niveau de l'espace je pense. Le lit double Ă©tant le canapĂ©, il n'y a plus d'espace salon. Équipement minimaliste (pas de saladier, 2 plaques de cuisson...) mais juste ce qu'il faut pour 1 ou 2 semaines. Point positif: le mĂ©nage est compris, le studio Ă©tait propre, nickel au 1er regard, mais la femme de mĂ©nage avait dĂ» oublier de passer le balai entre 2 occupations! Pas trĂšs grave... Linge de maison nickel aussi (1 parure de couette, 2 lits superposĂ©s Ă©quipĂ©s, 1 serviette de toilette par personne, 1 torchon et 1 essuie-main). Location prise en septembre, pas d'avis pour le ski, mais nickel pour randonner dans le coin jusqu'au Queyras, Embrun, l'italie... PropriĂ©taires trĂšs discrets, nous avons juste Ă©changĂ© quelques SMS, jamais vu, alors qu'ils habitent la maison motoyenne. TrĂšs bonnes vacances et trĂšs bonne location. Le coin est magnifique et Briançon est une ville trĂšs agrĂ©able!

Die sehr positive Bewertung muss in Relation zu dem sehr niedrigen Preis verstanden werden. Wer einen Aktivurlaub macht und viel unterwegs ist, findet ein Top Quartier. Wer sich tagsĂŒber im Apartment aufhalten will und ein schönes Ambiente sucht, ist hier möglicherweise falsch. Die nahegelegene große Straße gestört daher auch nicht, man kann nachts gut schlafen mit dem Fenster zum Innenhof offen. gute frische Luft, keine MĂŒcken, parken direkt vor der TĂŒr. Möglichkeiten draußen zu essen und somit immer im Schatten oder in der Sonne je nach Belieben.

Nous avons bcp aimé.. Surtout que c était la semaine de nos 50ans de mariage.

TrĂšs belle semaine avec un temps magnifique Ă  la semaine du 16 au 23 dĂ©cembre ! Venus en train, nous nous sommes dĂ©placĂ©s en bus et avs visitĂ© la rĂ©gion, jusqu aux pistes. Petit logement agrĂ©able et clair oĂč il ne manque rien, avec une belle vue... Et des hĂŽtes Ă  l Ă©coute. Merci

Le studio est bien situĂ© par rapport Ă  la rue commerçante, le centre Leclerc et le trĂšs joli parc de la schappe ! La place de stationnement dans la cour est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Un seul bĂ©mol, la route trĂšs passante qui monte vers la citĂ© sur laquelle donne la petite terrasse trĂšs tĂŽt dĂšs le matin et jusqu'Ă  tard le soir. C'est peut-ĂȘtre plus calme l'hiver.

Ideale, zentrale Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar schon etwas Ă€lter und entsprechend eingerichtet, aber hervorragend gelegen und idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr alles, was man in der Region unternehmen möchte. Es war leider nur eine Woche! Altstadt, Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen unmittelbar vor der HaustĂŒr, perfekt, trotzdem ruhig. Irritierend war, dass es neben den Kinder-Etagenbetten nur ein Sofa gab. Das hĂ€tte in der Anzeige deutlicher herausgestellt werden mĂŒssen. FĂŒr mich alleine war es aber eine sher gute Unterkunft, daher 4/5 Sterne.

Very nice, peaceful, spacious apartment in a lovely town.

The gondola is a 5-10 minute walk away, the main street with shops, bars and cafes is a 1 min walk down Hill. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, within a 5-10 minute walk, one is fairly small the other is very large. The balcony is large and peaceful, it overlooks gardens and has views of the mountains and gondola.Our stay in this apartment was fuss free and the owners were very friendly and easy going. There was plenty of room for 2 people and I think 4 people could stay here quite comfortably. The sofa bed was very comfortable and large, it was very easy to put up and down. Over all, staying in this apartment made for a very enjoyable skiing holiday.

Goedkoop basic appartement waar het prima verblijven is wanneer je de lat niet te hoog legt. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurder die het je zoveel mogelijk naar je zin maakt. Gezellige, rustige buurt op loopafstand van station en skilift. Minpuntjes zijn gebrek aan kastruimte en sfeerverlichting en wat rommelig keukengerei.

Pratique et fonctionnel

Appartement situe dans une rue perpendiculaire a la rue pietonne, entre le Carrefour City et la vieille ville. Jolie vue sur le Prorel, ensoleille, parking dans la cour, tres fonctionnel, avec une partie separee pour les 2 lits superposes (ils ne sont pas dans l'entree mais dans un renforcement) qui permet une separation avec le sejour. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds a 4. Accueil chaleureux ! Manque peut etre un peu de rangements, mais dans l'ensemble tres bon rapport/qualite prix.

Studio orienté vers le Prorel et les station de ski. Une vue magnifique et lumineuse rappelant la douceur des hivers au ski en famille dans un appartement cosy, propre, et un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement ! Idéal pour des vacances en couple ou en famille!

Nous avons louĂ© le studio au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. Il correspond parfaitement aux descriptions et aux photos. L'accueil Ă©tait trĂšs bon et chaleureux. Le studio est au centre-ville mais tout de mĂȘme calme. La citĂ© Vauban et le centre moderne sont Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied. Le prix et les conditions Ă©taient excellents. Nous pouvons recommander le studio.

great trip

I had a realy nice trip in briançon. It's a beautiful old town in the montain so the view is realy astonishing. There are many things to do, like hiking of course, climbing, etc .. The flat are also great, they got a nice view, not far from the old town, and there is everithyng you could need .
