The Maupassant cottage is a pretty house, typically Norman, on one level on a plot of 5400m2, in a quiet village, 10 minutes from the first beach, 20 minutes from the landing beaches and the American cemetery.

The spacious and warm living room welcomes you with its beautiful fireplace and equipped kitchen.
The sofa bed can accommodate one person, or we can add a single bed in the bedroom with the 2 beds.
The two bedrooms each accommodate two guests in a cosy nest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

A charging station for electric cars is available in the parking lot of the gîtes.

Petanque court and closed bicycle garage.
2 cycling routes of 30 km and 45 km through the marshes of the Aure pass in front of the cottages, ideal for visiting the region.

You can enjoy a very soothing environment, with the large enclosed garden not overlooked by the estate, the view of the Bessin marshes to the north, and to the south at the top of the property fields with Norman cows and a view of the village church.

You will find all the comfort you need to spend a pleasant and rejuvenating stay in the middle of the Bessin, in a magnificent green region steeped in history.
