House with swimming pool in a quiet location with uninterrupted view between Joyeuse and Les Vans

Detached house with no direct neighbors, single-story interior layout, large terraces, wooded and landscaped grounds, in a quiet area between Joyeuse and Les Vans.<br> Our home with unobstructed views, set on a 2,000 m² lot in Faysses (land laid out in three terraces in the traditional Ardèche style): 1st Faysse, parking area; 2nd Faysse, house, terraces, pétanque court, and garden. 3rd Faysse: pool + terrace—with a pool cover and landscaped garden.<br> From the kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, you’ll have direct access to a partially covered terrace with a barbecue and plancha grill. This terrace overlooks the pool.<br><br>The entry hall, featuring a coat closet and a restroom with a sink, leads on one side to the kitchen-dining area and, on the other side—separated by a sliding door—to the living and sleeping areas. All these rooms have direct access to the upper terrace.<br>The sleeping area includes:<br>1) A master suite with a balcony, storage, a 160 x 200 electric bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. <br>2) 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and ample storage space that can accommodate a crib. <br>3) 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 manually adjustable bed and small storage space. <br>4) 1 closet in the hallway across from the bedrooms. <br>5) 1 shower room with toilet for bedrooms 2 and 3<br>*The house can accommodate 1, 2, or 3 babies. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request (*babies under 4 years old) <br><br>The living area features a TV corner with a corner sofa and armchair, and a relaxation area with a sofa and armchair.<br><br>The 7 x 4 outdoor pool with a terrace, solar shower, and pool house equipped with a bar area where you can quench your thirst and enjoy a delicious Ardèche ice cream, of course!, sink, fridge/freezer, and a changing room with a restroom (meals are not permitted on the pool terrace)<br><br>The property is certified as a “4-star Tourist Rental”<br><br>There are many activities available in the surrounding area, <br>Swimming in the Chassezac River, Labeaume, the Drobie, the Ardèche, and its Pont d’Arc....<br>Canoeing on the Chassezac (10 minutes away)<br>Hiking trails starting right from the house.<br>Visits to nearby villages: Les Vans, Joyeuse (10 minutes away), Labeaume, Vinezac, Balazuc...<br>Tours of the Pont d’Arc caves and the Aven d’Orgnac...<br>Enjoy the theatrical performances in the medieval towns of Joyeuse, Largentière, and Montréal.
