In a quiet area of Quiberon, 2 rooms appartment of almost 56m² for 2 persons located in the residence with elevator "Kerabus" on the 3rd floor of the building B1, door 8.
It includes :
-entry,
-livieng room with Tv and sofa,
-equipped kitchen (cooking plate, microwave, fridge/freezer),
-bedroom with bed of 140cm large,
-bathroom with washing machine,
-Toilets separated and cupboards.
Balcony with garden furniture and little sea view.
Animals not allowed. Parking n°113.
Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27 of september 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 100€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Blanket kit rental* double bed (160) : 20 €.
- Rental of 2 kitchen towels : 3.5 €.
- Baby bathtub rental : 7 €.
- High chair rental : 15 €.
