On the ground floor, a studio of 24m², living room with 1 sofa bed in 140cm, 1 pull-out bed (2 beds in 90cm) and tv, an equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher), a bathroom with washing machinelinen, a separate toilet, a loggia of 4m² overlooking the gardens. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
150m from the beach and the main street and its many shops. 400m from the bus station. Come and enjoy many nautical, recreational and tourist activities in the Grau du Roi and its surroundings.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Set of sheets: 15€/ Bed (Flat sheets x2)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 44€ Studio (Free of pet hair)
two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
