House with garden, WiFi, pets accepted, parking in Beynac

3 km from Beynac (shops) and 15 km from Sarlat, this 60 m² apartment in the owners' house features a private entrance and is not overlooked. It sits on a 2,000 m² unfenced plot with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The 7x3.50 m salt-water swimming pool, 1.35 m deep, is located in the owners' garden and is for the exclusive use of the tenant. This pool is open from late April to late September and is secured by a fence and gate.
You will access the ground floor via an entrance hall with 16 steps.
The upper floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette and Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed and a 140x190 cm bed, and a second bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, with a shower room and separate toilet.
Electric heating is included. Fans are available on site.

End-of-stay cleaning: €70. You can collect many souvenirs by visiting the castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, etc.), Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, by canoeing and taking a gabarre ride to explore the Dordogne Valley, or simply by enjoying nature on one of the many hiking trails.
