PORT CAMARGUE - SOUTH BEACH - Luxury residence secured on the edge of the channel, P2 Cabin on the ground floor of 43m ² comfortable with private parking space and numbered. A bright and spacious living room with air conditioning overlooking a garden of 30m². An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine), a cabin with a bunk bed 2 beds in 90cm (Maximum weight 50kg/ age minimum 6ans), a bedroom with a bed in 140cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Large garden on the channel side with beautiful views of the boats. Close to shopping center, beach, sports activities and thalassotherapy. Equipped for 4 people. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Set of sheets: 15€/ Bed (Flat sheets x2)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
