Belle location trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate du centre ville. Une fois la surprise des poubelles des restaurants au pied des fenĂȘtres , ils sont bien Ă©levĂ©s et ne font pas trop de bruit le soir venu. La propriĂ©taire est agrĂ©able et nous avons dĂ©battu ensemble du prĂ©cĂ©dent locataire en mode gros cochon f’dans ka bienveillance.

Reposant, ressourçant... Le logement est trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©, Ă©quipĂ© comme il se doit avec de l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager simple d'utilisation. La literie est trĂšs confortable. Localisation centrale facilitant les longues balades Ă  pied, les journĂ©es Ă  la plage mais aussi les trajets en voiture. Proche de bons restaurants et glaciers. Appartement bien rĂ©novĂ© et Ă©quipĂ©!! Emplacement cƓur de ville top!! Appartement sombre et dont les ouvertures donnent au dessus des poubelles des restaurants. Non recommandĂ© pour les familles avec enfants car bruyant en raison des restaurateurs qui vident leurs poubelles en fin de service vers 23h00/00h00. Travaux en cours Ă  l’étage du dessus avec des entreprises mandatĂ©es par le propriĂ©taire (nuisance sonore, poussiĂšre ...). Pas d’accueil (dĂ©pĂŽt de clĂ©s sous le paillasson par une entreprise tiers et personne dĂ©sagrĂ©able au tĂ©lĂ©phone quand on lui indique que les clefs ne sont pas accessible)

Un appartement bien rénové dont l'environnement immédiat laisse une impression " contrasté"

L' appartement s'est confirmĂ© ĂȘtre une belle rĂ©novation. Bien Ă©quipĂ© du point de vue de l'espace cuisine comme de la salle d'eau. La literie, sujet toujours sensible nous a semblĂ© de qualitĂ© correcte sans plus, le matelas du lit double est accueillant mais manque de portance. L'environnement immĂ©diat , celui de la cour laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer et n'incite pas Ă  s'y attarder. Le fait d'ĂȘtre en centre ville de Noirmoutier est agrĂ©able pour la proximitĂ© avec les commerces et le marchĂ©. L'accueil par la personne en charge sur place s'est trĂšs bien passĂ© . L'attention de la propriĂ©taire Ă  nous contacter en amont , au dĂ©but puis au terme du sĂ©jour est apprĂ©ciable et participe de la qualitĂ© de l'accueil au sens large. En amont nous avons pu discuter du supplĂ©ment que constitue la facturation de la location du linge de lit et de maison, en particulier en haute saison ou les tarifs de la location sont Ă©levĂ©s.
