Come and relax at one of Destin's most luxurious high-rise condominiums across a quiet street from the beach. This unit has a magnificent Gulf front view so you may enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony. Located on the fourth floor, this one bedroom, two bathroom condominium features a spectacular seascape view of the Gulf of Mexico. Furnished with a King bed in the master suite, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, the condominium accommodates up to six guests. A fully-equipped kitchen provides everything necessary to prepare home-cooked meals when you are not dining out in one of the popular local restaurants. For your entertainment, this condominium also comes with a 2 TVs 2 DVD’s, a VCR, and a CD stereo system. You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great visit

Affordable space with breath taking views. Location and access to the beach is wonderful for a family with small children. If your looking for a place to lay your head between your time enjoying the sand and sun, look no further.

Room appeared clean upon first glance walking in. However, there was many hairs in the shower making me assume it had not been cleaned. There was sand and dirt all over the floors from prior tenants. Dishes in the cabinet had stuck food on them so had to wash them prior to using. Tvs only had cable or vcr/dvd. No ability to watch streaming on the tvs. Otherwise, location was nice.

Great view!

It was a good spot for a 3 night stay. Great ocean view! Easy ocean access! It was a little confusing because it is connected to the Wyndham Hotel but not part of it. It has its own gym and pool. We would stay there again.

Beautiful view cut short

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Sun. We didn't appreciate being asked to to check out so early at 10 am and being undo the beds, collect all the laundry and all trash and take all trash to the chute, since we payed a cleaning fee.

The location of this condo is nice. This condo specifically could use some TLC tho. The furniture is very worn, the liner of the curtains in the living room were ripped, there was mildew on the ceilings in some of the rooms. We managed to look past that, but for the price of the condo, these things should be addressed.

Both of the folding chairs were broken on the porch. I mentioned this earlier with only the reply of “thank you”. This was very disappointing considering we stay here for the view of the ocean and the view of the street in the evening. there was a large red stain on the counter top, the plug in outlet in the master bedroom had a whole in the cover that a child would be able to stick his or her finger in. The condo was clean with the bare minimum of essentials (minimum cook wear, minimum towels, very small washer and dryer for a family of four with two small children.

Don’t waste your money!

Condo is is in dire need of a deep cleaning from the moldy ceilings to the filthy couch/chairs! Washing machine handle broke off in my hand the first night. Had to call for a skillet, baking sheet as they had none! No blankets on the bunk beds or extra bedding for the very dirty pull out couch. Chair on patio was broken as well! Great view too bad the owners aren’t concerned with cleanliness and care for this unit! Sad could be super nice place!!

Location & Views!!!!

The condo was GREAT! Directly across from the beach making it easy to get a good spot each morning. The view was perfect. The location was convenient; centrally located to get anywhere easily. Walking distance to a few restaurants, coffee shop, and shopping. Less than 5 minute drive to grocery store, pharmacy, and lots of restaurants and retail shopping. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. There was a security guard at the pool the 1st two days checking wristbands and there are security codes to get in & out of the pool toward the public beach access side. When we weren't at the beach, the pools, or out walking, the balcony was the perfect place to relax or people watch! It could use some updates but wasn't a deal breaker for us! We were there for the beach & sunshine and the price was right on this condo! The only security issue I would note is there wasnt a lock on the inside of the main entry door. It automatically locks with the code access but would have felt more secure if we could lock from the inside at night while sleeping. We would definitely stay here again!

Needs updating and general maintenace

Average condo that needs attention. We have stayed in many beach front condos and this is my least favorite. The cabinets in the kitchen as well and the bathrooms are nicked and peeling paint. The kitchen is minimally equipped with basic utensils, cookware, etc. The grout in the floor tiles was black (originally cream colored), visible mold in grout in the bathroom. Mold also on ceiling. We were also unable to sit on the balcony at times as neighbors were smoking and the odor was overwhelming despite being a non-smoking building.

Water was gorgeous however room was awful

This room has mold under the sink in the kitchen. Out of every air register Black was on the ceiling and paint was coming of beside register in living room. The vent in furnace was black. The room was filthy when we arrived. We did get moved to a nice room for a couple days then had to come back to this room for two days and checked out early due to the condition of the room. Resort quest refunded some VRBO has not refunded me 1 cent. I do have pictures of everything. I paid a total of $2,140.65 and resort quest refunded me close to $800 however for the hassle of having to move to another room then back took packing and unpacking too many times on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I’m very disappointed in the pictures that are shown on this website. It clearly misrepresented this room in being a clean, nice room. The bedding even had a hair on it. The cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms where completely scratched up. The door looked as if someone had broke into it numerous times. It didn’t have a child safety lock on it for small kids. The bunk beds had a vent above them that had mold coming out of them. I hope they do spend money and fix this room where it is safe for guest

Lovely unit but Unacceptable maintance

Lovely decor and view; well stocked except for missing items in kitchen (told there should be 6 of each: only 3 steak knives, 1 wine, flute and tall glass, 5 small coffee cups and 4 large cups) and unacceptable maintance (noted below), no inventory or condition report form for me to complete, although told responsible for damage and missing items, and poor response time from Vacassa to fix major issue with unsecure back door, etc. I started calling on day of arrival and everyday after but no one contacted me back for 4 days to address safety and other issues. Lock on back sliding glass door severely broken; could not secure condo; not safe. Badly ripped curtain lining on curtain to balcony; filthy, dust in closet housing the air/heating unit which blows around when on; handle in bathroom sink broke off; 3 hooks on shower curtain not hooked on; 2 large spots on couch; burn on kitchen counter by sink; drawer with silverware needs painting as well as lower edge of bathroom cabinet; floors looked clean but when walking around in white socks, soles turned black and dirt in corners and the slots on bathroom shelving, A curtain over the window in bedroom would be nice to better block out the light from the hallway. Unit is right by the elevator but this was not a noise issue. Have requested some type of compensation, but no response yet.

1st Destin Vacation

The place was decent. It wasn't completely clean when we got there, but I am sure its hard to get all the sand out of there. The biggest problem was the ceiling was peeling and falling off onto the kitchen counter and our stuff in the living room. You had to be sure to close your suitcase or the next morning it would have white flakes from the ceiling in it. Also the hot water didn't last long enough and we were left taking cold showers. The master bath shower curtain had mildew on it and was ripped in several places.. The curtain that you close in the living room at the balcony was ripped all up also.. The view was perfect though and we still had a good time!

The location and ease of use of the facilities was great. We would definitely stay at Majestic Sun again, but not in this unit. The downfalls of this unit was: lack of blankets, only one frying pan that was very small, no broom to sweep floors, unit was not cleaned very well, mold on the shower curtain, bathroom sink off from master bedroom leaked.

Decent Place w/ Great View

We had the opportunity to leave 2 days early for our vaca, so we grabbed this place last min until we could check into our other condo. It definitely wasn’t the worst but I believe it could use some deep cleaning… as in the couch & chair cushions could be shampooed, the track of the sliding door really needs cleaned out, the wire shelving in the hallway bathroom could stand to be updated, the shower curtain in the master bath room needs replaced as it is ripped and stained and extremely difficult to slide open and closed. I do understand that my stay occurred during the busy season and it most definitely was not the worst I’ve seen or stayed in… Just giving my honest review/opinion. Also, I think it would be beneficial if the kitchens included a pasta strainer, and oven mits.

Stay Elsewhere

This property needs a serious deep cleaning and renovation. Ceilings were moldy. All furniture was stained. Back door didn't close properly so moisture gets in the room and it smells musty. Walls scuffed. Outlets broken. Shower curtains moldy. Curtains on sliding door moldy and ripped. No deadbolt or secondary lock on front door. No blankets provided, only sheets and pillows. I text and emailed several times and got no response. I would not recommend.
