ATTENTION ALL SNOWBIRDS! Spend your winter in Paradise! This unit currently has snowbird availability from Dec 1, 2024-Feb 1, 2024. The snowbird rate is $2337.44 for the first 31 days and each additional night is $64.02 (these rates include all taxes but does not include any 3rd party booking fees like airbnb and vrbo) Please inquiry for more information.

The spacious, one bedroom, two bath unit has a washer and dryer and is loaded with all of the amenities you will need for a memorable vacation on the Emerald Coast.
The unit has a Queen in the Master and hall bunks that the kids would love. This unit is a guest favorite and features beautiful views straight ahead as well as coast line views as well!
The owner just had the guest bathroom walk in shower re-tiled as of December 2018!
There is a new vanity in the guest bathroom as of December 2021!
The unit has a new sofa and arm chair as well as new walk in shower and vanity in the master bathroom as of December 2021!
Majestic Sun is situated between Destin and Sandestin and the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall!!
Relax in knowing that you will enjoy a clean, well kept condo through us!
All Majestic Sun units featured a private balcony overlooking the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico!
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen w/ all modern appliances and all the general items you'll need to cook in your home away from home!
Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.
Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

Great location and beautiful view.

Clean, comfortable unit with a stunning view. Great access to the beach, parking was easy. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars, is the bed. At 5'4" it was not easy to get on the bed. Anyone with the slightest mobility issues would not be able to get on the bed. The mattress needs replacing. Its memory foam and has broken down. It wants to roll you to the side and the center feels like you're on a hill. We woke up achy every morning. I'd rebook in a heartbeat if I knew the mattress had been replaced.

Girl trip did not disappoint, gave 5

Went with a friend of mine(in our early 50’s) and my 17 yr old daughter and her friend. Stayed 4 days. The teens slept on the pull out couch, and really didn’t hear them up at night, the bedroom is pretty far apart which was perfect. Place was super clean inside the room and the outside was well maintained, felt super comfortable and safe walking around at night and day, we walked to several places to eat, coffee, shopping, they also have homemade ice cream shop and souvenir shop attached to it and having the ice cream is a must!! Beach directly across the street, view from the room was amazing, The Whales Tail had amazing food and drinks right on the beach! Ocean is absolutely breathtaking and clear with white soft sand! I had a couple questions throughout our stay and the owners were very quick on getting back to me and they made the whole process smooth and easy! Highly recommend and hoping to be able to go back again sooner than later! Thank you for letting us make great memories!

The condo was perfect for my husband and me! All our needs were met inside the condo, one negative…… the couch is not comfortable. This condo is well supplied with the needs of every day living, including a washer and dryer. FYI = It even has a hairdryer, I wasn’t sure, so I brought my own. 😏 The balcony is perfect and has a view second to none. Stunning view of the powdered sugar sand and the emerald green and turquoise ocean 🤩😍👍👍💖

SeaScape property

The property is good (a bit dated) location within the building not the best. Located across from the trash room, every morning house keeping was there and so noisy. The bedroom window was right there. The hallway is an echo chamber too. The view was great. It would have been nice if had some cards or a game, an umbrella. It rained every day we were there except one and when you fly in you can't bring all of that stuff. The elevators were VERY slow and one was broke as well. The beach store located in tower II was nice but the staff is So RUDE . The ice cream shop was great and people very friendly. The location is excellent as far as able to access activities and food places.

Loved the property

Loved the property only thing was wished it had a safety/security lock inside without key access from the outside. Since I was there with my kids and extra TP and Trash bags. But other then that beautiful condo and would highly recommend.

The condo needs updated. You have a key for entrance when most everyone else had code for the door. Master bath room very small but clean. I would of like d a window you could open . I have stayed in better. I did like the Keurig in kitchen and the condo came with more supplies than I thought they would have so that was nice.
