Superb single storey villa near the beach. Quiet wooded garden, with 9x4m heated swimming pool protected by a dome, deckchairs and garden furniture. Patio with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and shower. The kitchen is open to the living room equipped with sofas, TV and WIFI. On the night side, you will find 4 bedrooms and their 4 private bathrooms (including 2 in the annex). PARKING - WIFI - END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN MANDATORY (Bed linen, hand towel, bath mat, tea towels)

A piece of paradise in Rivedoux-Plage!

A wonderfully situated spacious villa conveniently located within walking distance of the sea, local market, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars. The villa itself was spotless and well equipped and it’s open plan layout was ideal for entertaining. The pool and well layed out garden were fantastic, lending itself to beautiful starlit evenings ( plus a super moon shining down on our bbq) with the gentle sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The villa offered complete privacy in a very peaceful surrounding away from the noise of traffic. With the solar heated pool and so many entertaining areas creating such a calm relaxed atmosphere, we found it difficult to leave the villa and explore the beautiful island of Ile de Re, with its stunning beaches and beautiful villages like La Flotte and St Martin. We had a range of family and friends come and go during our stay, with each one feeling sad to leave. The airport is ten minutes away and the train station in La Rochelle 20 minutes by car. These travel links made it easily accessible that it allowed family and friends to come and stay with us from the UK at different intervals. Our dogs were made equally welcome at the villa and all the restaurants in Ile de Re, plus the added bonus of being a two minute walk to the beach. Our only regret, is that we didn’t stay longer than two weeks!

Parfait!

Très bon séjour. Location conforme à l’annonce. Équipée juste ce qu’il faut. Et surtout quartier très calme et accès rapide aux plages. La gérance fait par l’agence est super, autant à l’arrivée qu’au départ.

Un petit coin de paradis

Location située à proximité des plages et des commerces de Rivedoux. Agréable et spacieuse maison tout confort, au calme, dans un bel environnement avec piscine et jardin fleuri.

Un cadre idyllique pour un séjour à l'île de Ré

Une très belle maison, spacieuse et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée (l'équipement est plus complet que ne le laisse supposer la liste de l'annonce : BBQ, centrale vapeur,...), tout confort (bonnes literies, des sèche-cheveux dans toutes les chambres, des distributeurs de savon dans toutes les salles de bain, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain...). On se sent comme chez des amis. C'était parfait pour 6 adultes (3 couples). La gestion par l'agence est un vrai plus (accueil personnalisé, linge de lit et de toilette géré par entreprise spécialisée, support en cas de problème technique,...). Dommage que les chambres n'aient pas toutes le même "standing" (différentes taille de lit, la salle de bain d'une des chambres est une petite vasque...surplombée par la douche, alors que la chambre principale a une grande salle d'eau avec double vasque et une belle douche à l'italienne séparée un immense placard). La magnifique piscine chauffée et le superbe jardin sont si agréables qu'il faut être motivés pour partir en excursion :-).
