Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property is spacious, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. The pool was a highlight — perfect for relaxing throughout the day. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and communication with Nicolas was easy and responsive from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway.

Beautiful Côte d’Azur villa!

Absolutely stunning! Modern, spacious villa with a beautiful outdoor space and lovely pool. View is stunning. A little tricky to get to but a very scenic drive. Half hour drive to Cannes which is well worth a visit. The host had great suggestions for nearby hiking trails as well as nearby restaurants. Would definitely return!

Amazing place to stay

Beautiful villa with stunning views. Not far from the beach though the we mostly chose to stay at the villa and use the pool, it is a very peaceful location. It was much larger than I was expecting, the bedrooms were lovely (especially with the air con) and there was more than enough room indoors and out for our family. It was immaculate and very well equipped. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful house with view

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with no problems. My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids ages 18, 13 and 10 and we all enjoyed the house. This is in the hills and we had a car so were 15 min from the large grocery store and beach. We also went to Grasse — this was a great place to have as a home base to visit local cities. We would love to stay again. The pictures accurately represent the house.

Incredible 11 day stay in Southern France

I have just returned from this property in l'esterel area and can only say one thing about this property "OUTSTANDING". We arrived on Monday 7/1 and Nico met us at the property and from the beginning Nico made our stay so enjoyable, he prepared a detail of activities in the area, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Thank you Nico for your attention to detail and help you are amazing as a host! The property is realistic to the pictures. It is a stunning modern property and we enjoyed the evenings eating outdoors by the pool as a family.. The scenery is amazing and the silence was perfect. this area is in a national park area and no significant commerical buiding in the area. We truly enjoyed the pool, the game room (Many competitive games of pechang, darts and fuseball). The landscaping was also amazing with so much lavender in bloom that the scent was mezmerizing. Rent a car and explore we visited as far west as St. Tropez and as far east as the Italian border. We started early each day and were back by 5-6pm and enjoy the area. We never once felt out of place as everyone was extremely welcoming. Truly an amazing vacation made magical with the help of Nico and this property!

Out of sight, out of mind

We got a great welcoming and treatment of the host, Nicolas, while being in the house, but after we left it all changed. We were pressed to pay excessive extra fees and got no replies on our objection to this. In short we stayed for 10 days. Around day 5 we paid extra for an extra cleaning to keep the place nice. After we left all seemed fine and the house was in same condition as when we had it cleaned 5 days ago. However, some days after we left we got an extra bill of "an substantial amount" for the cleaning and together with that a mail from the host, which forwarded a mail from the cleaners with close-up photos of hair from our dog on the terrasse and food from our baby around the table. Together with that a remark from the cleaners that cannot be interpreted other than we were "swines" and should basically have cleaned before they arrived. The host charged us the the substantial amount straight away without hearing our side of the story first and did not respond to our objection to this. Specifically the extra charge were to cover filt on a floor-towel, blood on a sheet and other stuff hard to understand as it were in French. We could not recognise any of this but offered to pay some extra in case it was true. As for the floor-towel it is not very useful if it has to be replaced if there is dirt on it - it seems nothing in the house can be washed all has to be replaced. We have stayed in +10 houses in the area and never experienced anything near this, so even though the house and area is nice I would stay clear. In total we have payed almost half of the total price for the vacation for cleaning for a ten day period. And as a property owner my self with cleaners in +20 units I find that very excessive especially as it was left in a normal. used condition.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir haben uns in Nicolas wunderbarem Haus sehr gut erholt und die vielen tollen Angebote wie Tischtennis, Kicker, Darts und Pétanque ausgiebig genutzt! Der Pool ist wundervoll, die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Nicolas war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Traumurlaub

Das Haus bei der Ankunft zu sehen, hatte schon den absoluten Wow- Effekt! Der Host Nicolas war sehr symphatisch und hilfsbereit. In diesem Haus mit Traumterrasse und Infinity Pool konnte man sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Inneneinrichtung geschmackvoll, stylisch und modern. Morgens beim Frühstück hatten wir auf der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Esterelgebirge. Es war angenehm ruhig und zum Runterkommen perfekt! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und am liebsten wären wir gar nicht erst abgereist. Großes Dankeschön an Nicolas, der uns tolle Restaurant Tipps gab!!!

Très belle villa avec une vue magnifique

Les prestations sont de qualités (climatisation dans chaque pièce, cave à vin, piscine à débordement...) et complètes (terrain de boules, baby-foot...). Nous avons passés un excellent séjour en famille. Un grand merci à Carol et Virginie pour leur accueil, leur sourire et leur disponibilité.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln im Detail

Das Haus und die Aussicht ist top. Moderner Style, schöner Pool, Riesenterrasse, tolle Boulebahn sowie Weinkühlschrank und Grill. Verbesserungsfähig sind die Möbel auf der Terrasse (Anzahl und Qualität der Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen), sowie das Equipment in der Küche (Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer usw.) und die Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen. Alles in Allem haben wir aber sehr schöne 10 Tage genossen. Danke und Grüße an Nicolas!

Peace and quiet

Fantastic location off the beaten track. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't leave the house the first couple of days. The salt water pool is fantastic and the view second to none. Even our two teenagers aged 15 and 18 enjoyed the peaceful living but still only 20 minutes from the beach and down town Mandelieu la Napoule og 30 minutes to Cannes. Definitely a recommendation

Splendide villa moderne avec piscine à débordement

La villa est neuve, très bien équipée, au design moderne et recherché. L’espace piscine, les terrasses extérieures et le cadre verdoyant nous ont permis de déconnecter et d’apprécier pleinement nos vacances. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proposition de vins proposés par le propriétaire et stockés en cave à vin.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung und tollem Blick. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen im Juli waren wir froh, dass eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Der Gastgeber hat den Check-in selber gemacht und uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut.

Ein traumhaftes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist auch sehr gut. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Alles bestens. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Nicolas war top. Die einzige Empfehlung wäre vielleicht noch die Aufstockung der Kochutensilien.
