Welcome to Ty-Cozy!<br>In the heart of Plestin-les-Grèves, across from the church, a small, fully renovated 25 m² cottage.<br>The cottage is part of a complex of two separate houses, but they share a common entrance via an outdoor staircase. The second cottage sleeps six people. It can also be rented separately—see listing no.2195600<br> Exceptional location with immediate walking access to all services and shops (bakery, fish market, deli, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors’ offices, movie theater, tourist office…), with a large market every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening in the summer.<br>Facing southwest, the cottage features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with a two-seater sofa, a bedroom with a 140×190 double bed (duvet and pillows) and a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.<br>Outside, a pleasant, quiet wooden deck with no neighbors directly across and a small landscaped area will let you enjoy the sun.<br>All the beaches in Plestin-les-Grèves (Saint Efflam, Plage des Curés, Beg Douar, etc.) are located within a 2- to 3-km radius. On the large beach at Saint Efflam, you can enjoy all kinds of water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting, etc.) and take advantage of the sailing school.<br>The cottage is an ideal starting point for exploring the Finistère coast (Locquirec, Morlaix, Plougasnou, Carantec, Roscoff, Île-de-Batz…) and the Côtes-d’Armor coast (Lannion, Perros-Guirec, Trébeurden, Ploumanach, Île-de-Bréhat…). You can also easily access the GR 34 hiking trail. Inland, let yourself be charmed by the Monts d’Arrée, Huelgoat, and the Vallée des Saints…<br>Access to Ty Cozy is via an outdoor staircase.
