About this property

AC, kayaks, rooftop deck with fire pit, boat launch and incredible views!

This 2020 construction beach house is a labor of love. The owners completed 99% of the work themselves and are so glad to be done!

The main entry door opens into the living room, kitchen and dining room. This level also features a deck with bbq and outdoor dining table. The smaller of the 2 bedrooms is right across the hall from the bathroom on this level.

The entire upstairs is a large bedroom suite. There is a seating area, an attached bathroom and a large closet. There is a door that opens out to everyone's favorite place - the huge rooftop deck. The views are incredible no matter what time of year or day. There is a bunch of comfy seating and a gas firepit. No better place to watch the sunset. Full disclosure - there is no door at the top of the stairs to close off this suite.

The house and decks are not child friendly. Please be sure everyone in your group is at least a teenager.

The beach access path is nice and close and the kayaks are ready to go!

Excellent Setting for Relaxation

Wonderful Ocean View Home

My wife and I were both pleased with the rental on Camano Island. It was clean, well equipped and provided the perfect spot to enjoy the island and all it offers. The home was spotless when we arrived and instructions for entry were easy to follow. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view was relaxing and just as in the photos. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fun Times!

This is our second time staying here. The house is very comfortable and nicely appointed. It’s a great location from which to enjoy and explore Camano. The description of the property is accurate-highly recommended. We love the views from the upper deck.

Amazing waterfront location

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying here. One of the nicest beach locations on Camano Island. The home is very comfortable and nicely appointed. However, what makes this place so exceptional is the upstairs deck and the amazing views of the sound, islands and mountains. We very much hope to come back again next summer.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had a wonderful visit to Camano Island and loved this beautiful house and the friendly beach community! The upper deck was magnificent, it was a lovely space to relax-day or night-and what a view! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed (even crab crackers!) and the whole house was very clean and well stocked with linens and toiletries-not a detail was missed! We throughly enjoyed having access to the kayaks and can’t wait to visit again!

Relaxing and Private Getaway

This is a gem of a vacation rental. The house is spotlessly clean and has been thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. We really enjoyed using the kayaks. The upstairs deck is marvelous, and we spent a lot of time bird watching and relaxing in the sun. Everything about our stay was perfect. We were so sad to have to go home, and plan to return as soon as we can.

Getaway weekend

Long weekend relaxing and doing nothing. View was as advertised and house was lovely. Upper deck is certainly the highlight. Enough basics (spices, coffee etc), no need to run to town. Wonderful overall experience.

Lovely and Peaceful

The owners have thought of everything. All we needed to provide was our food. It’s a lovely, peaceful, comfortable home with amazing decks, views and conveniences. The beds are cozy with fluffy bedding and all the finishes are high end. We couldn’t recommend more highly. Lovely, lovely place.

The property was absolutely first class. The location was fabulous with an upper deck overlooking Puget Sound. The property was spotless and exactly as described, in fact it was even better.The owner had also left us with some welcome gifts which were unexpected but added that thoughtful touch that made a real impression.Gary, the owner, also called by to offer us some fresh crab that he had recently caught which was also another touch of class.We loved every second of our stay and could not fault anything. Jenn, the property manager, was quick to respond to any questions we asked and provided all the details we needed about the stay and put our minds at ease as we were travelling from the UK.We will definitely be returning to this top notch accommodation.

Great place to stay on Camano Island!

This place was exceptional! What we really appreciated was all of the little touches. The extra blankets in the master that we could use to sit outside when it got a little cool, etc. If I had to find one thing that I would add, it would be access to a washer and dryer. It didn't matter for us, but if we had been there for a longer time it would have come in handy.

Neighboring Island get-away

Our trip was perfect for my husband and I! The home is beautiful (and perfect for a couple) and the location is incredible. We spent most of our time on the top deck just relaxing, but loved the beach and kayaks as well. One night our teenagers stayed with us too, and that worked great. The master is a loft, so I wasn't sure how that would feel with more people in the house, but I think if you know those staying at Carrick Bend with you really well, the open loft isn't a problem. That said, this place was just what we needed for a little get-away.

Beautiful sunsets!

This vacation rental was new, spotlessly clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable (we only used one) and the shower was great. Great views from lower and upper floors. While we were there every day was sunny and quite warm (upper 80s, lower 90s) so light control in the downstairs area and on the decks (with an umbrella) would be nice to have. Very short walk to the beach which is covered in stones, so best to wear water shoes. Friendly neighbors. Parking was a little tricky with our low profile car because the parking area is on an angle. Be aware that the cleaning fee you pay upfront is consider a "basic cleaning" and there are additional items to be completed or else the amount is deducted from your deposit. Overall, great stay.

Much needed retreat

This was a fantastic property and I would recommend it to anyone. It was well stocked with the necessities, is in a great location and was exceptionally clean. My wife and I needed a few days just to relax and unwind and this was the perfect setup for us. We will go back for sure.
