Perfectly located at the original Boise City Wave, you can watch or even participate in Boise’s surfing culture. The adjacent park, Esther Simplot Whitewater Park, boasts 3 Ponds for SUP, canoeing or relaxed raft floating; there is also a beach area to enjoy. The views here are amazing and gives you a look inside why Boiseans LOVE where we live!

The best thing about this property was it’s riverfront location! We never had trouble finding parking close to the property. The property was clean, comfortable and surprisingly very quiet. Perfect for our needs!

Great location right on the Greenbelt where you can hear the river and watch the surfers. We loved having the two bikes. They were single speed cruisers and perfect for riding up and down the river. We walked over to rent a SUP and kayak for an afternoon on Quince Pond. There are great restaurants for breakfast and dinner close by. We highly recommend this place to enjoy a stay in Boise.

Cool, mid-century modern vibe right on the river. The air conditioning was perfect and the location on the walking path andthe river was so nice. Cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance - loved Push & Pour. Fun watching the Boise marathon from the front yard. Comfy, cute furnishings. Great bathroom and shower!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was well-maintained, and the host made the experience easy and enjoyable. The location was great, and we would definitely stay here again.The only suggestions I have would be to consider a slightly larger couch, as it was a bit small for two people to relax on together, and adding a TV in the bedroom would make the stay even more comfortable. Other than those minor suggestions, everything was excellent. Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! One of the biggest highlights was the location—being right on the greenbelt, with easy access to beautiful walking and biking trails. The room was clean but was difficult to keep clean because of the wet weather. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The parking situation was not ideal and thankful we were able to find parking due to the slow season of our stay. The views were the best part of our stay.

We will be back! Love the location on the Green Belt

We stayed near this location a few weeks before this trip and loved it so much. This property is well located and the view of the river from the living and bedroom is stunning. We have everything we needed for our 20 day stay and we will be back for sure.

Great house great location

This house is right on the Boise River. We rode the bikes that came with the house on the beautiful Greenbelt bike path. Did some tubing on the river. Lots of ducks Loved our stay!
