Beautiful 75 square meter apartment in the heart of the historic city center of Annecy and close to the lake.

Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 6 people.
The rooms have a double bed 140x200 (Double)
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and various amenities such as a washing machine, coffee machine and dishwasher.

Linen will be provided for your stay.

đŸ…żïž The nearest car park is the Sainte-Claire car park located less than 5 minutes from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurùs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Cute, convenient apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfectly located in the center of Annecy, had all the things we needed, and was very charming. The property manager was fantastic, communicated with us so well, and was available to answer any questions we might have. It was a great stay!

This apartment was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay. It was such a unique location. Our kids enjoyed the room with the loft and we all enjoyed the area - shopping, eating, biking - all within walking distance. The only criticism I have is that the beds were not very comfortable.

Great location, right on Rue Sainte-Claire

Right in the heart of the old city. Great location. Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream spots, and bars... all within waling distance. The lake and bike trail are also a short walk away. The farmer's market, which appears to be twice weekly, was also right in front of the building for fresh fruits, meats, and baked goods.

Tout peut ĂȘtre fait Ă  pied, du lac aux rues touristiques, le chĂąteau ... ProximitĂ© du parking. Appartement trĂšs calme avec extĂ©rieur. Je recommande !

Very centered and spacious place

We stayed 4 friends and a baby, there is one family room and a baby bed which helped with my friend’s baby The 3 rest of us stayed in the other room, but you can fit in another one in the same room. The attic has 2 mini beds but very comfortable and the one under is a 2 people bed. For family and kids this is great. Very very close to everything, nice balcony for coffee or champagne. I read here the stairs are old, and of course they are this is Annecy, a beautiful old and traditional place. We had no problem. If you hate stairs this place is in the 3 floor so consider it but if you don’t mind, this is definitely a nice place to stay. If you don’t like noise or stairs go to a house by the lake but that means you will be far from the main town which is ok too. Thank you đŸ™đŸœ

Un trÚs beau appartement, une bonne situation au centre ville. L appartement trÚs bien équipé mais canapé et lit un peu vieillissant . Le ménage pas fait sous les lits , beaucoup trop de moumoute ( un gros souci pour les personnes allergiques à la poussiÚre) et trop de toile d araignée niveau plafonds des chambres et de la salle de vie . Service du concierge trÚs bien . Plante complÚtement sÚche ( arrosage fait) et fait la poussiÚre sur les livres de la bibliothÚque.

J'ai trouvé regrettable que le mobilier soit usé à plusieurs endroits (chaise, canapé, traces sur le mur). Par ailleurs, c'est la premiÚre fois que je ne vois ni savon ni papier hygiénique dans un airbnb. De plus, à notre arrivée il faisait trÚs froid, le chauffage au sol pour la piÚce du bas ne s'activait qu'à 23h... Pour les chambres elles disposaient d'un chauffage individuel. Pour finir, la conciergerie était trÚs aimable mais restait sans solution pour le chauffage (ce que je comprends parfaitement). Expérience plus que mitigée en particulier en période hivernale.

On a passez une trÚs belle semaine dans cet appartement au coeur de la ville d'Annecy à 5 min du lac. TrÚs bel appartement, spacieux avec un beau balcon. Cependant les lits ne sont pas tellement confortables, avec un lit qui grince dans une des chambres. Le ménage n'est pas totalement fait, notament la poussiÚre sous les lits.
