Good but could be better

The property needs some updating and it could have been cleaner. Shelly, the property manager was awesome and very quick to respond to questions and even had a highchair delivered for our stay. The pool was very convenient and we loved the lanai. The primary bed was very comfortable. I think for the amount paid, it was a little less than what we thought we would have received.

Good location/old and filthy accommodations

location, area and people were wonderful. when we first opened the door we were hit with the smell of black mold. The floors turned our feet black, the area rug in front of sofa was stained with mold. The worst was the primary bathroom that had the odor of dirty feet, dried urine and fecal odor. We discovered it was coming from a carpet bathmat that had bugs imbedded in it. We threw it away, but it was too late. We had already tracked the odor through the house on our feet and shoes. We spent the next several days cleaning the floors. It took several times of cleaning the floors with Lysol cleaners and we had to throw out a couple pair of shoes because even after washing I refused to put them in our suitcase. The primary toilet leaked and ran and took several attempts to repair. The furniture/beds were old, dilapidated and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on and no comfortable chairs in the house. There is no curtain on the lanai door so we felt we were on display every evening because you could see right into the apartment. We would like to stay in Vanderbilt lakes again but not this unit. For the price we paid we expected much more.

very lovely condo with tasteful decor… The lanai was absolutely spectacular… Spent hours and hours and hours reading on the lanai. absolutely would stay there again.

Happy with VRBO

Property Manager Shelly was very nice and easy to communicate with. Condo was clean and quiet. Price reasonable. We stayed 10 nights and it was a pleasant vacation. We were able to go to Fort Meyers, Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Springs beaches from this location. Pool was clean, people friendly and we were able to use the tennis rackets and court. They also provided beach chairs that we were able to take to the beaches. Overall we were pleased.

Very nice condo but very quiet property

The amenities were exactly as described however, if you have small children you may want to reconsider--the other residents frowned upon a lot of noise and were very STRICT on the "rules" of the pool and hot tub--which we were fine with me as my children are adults but there were some other guests from other properties and the residents/owners were a bit rude and judgmental. This is NO WAY a reflection of this property owner as they have no control over the other residents.

Good location

Property manager very attentive. Well Equipped unit. Property very tired looking. Needs good cleanup and some tlc. Location to restaurants and beaches excellent you are right on top of the pool which is good to walk to however even in quiet season was full With people partying all day and stopped us from being able to go swimming or open Windows

Excellent condo

Condo with all the amenities for a fabulous vacation. Close to restaurants and 5 minute drive to the beach. Great living space. Nice veranda. Kitchen fully equipped. Right next to pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Would stay here again!!
