As for the slopes, there are runs for every skill level, from Peerless and Snowflake for the beginners to Cashier and Bonanza for the advanced.

Wake up to the enticing aromas of your first cup of coffee, and head out to the private balcony to take in the fresh mountain air as the family sleeps in. Spend the day shredding, then come home to warm yourself with a soak in the simmering community hot tub.

Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. While you’re out enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, your car can stay warm and snow-free in the underground parking garage.

With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north.

Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles). Or, take a memorable hike on the Blair Witch Trail, Spruce Creek Trail, or Lily Pad Lake Trail.

Although the fireplace is not available for use, the home offers ample warmth and charm through its inviting décor and thoughtful touches.

Great location

Would definitely stay here again. The location made everything walkable. The unit was a great size for being a 2 bedroom. Hot tub right next to this unit and nice wooded backyard. Furnishings were a bit worn but still completely fine.

Amazing Property!

The unit was clean and updated with great amenities. The location is absolutely perfect as it is a super-short walk to the Quicksilver chair, as well as numerous shops and restaurants along Main Street. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect ski condo for a weekend with friends

Highly recommended. Perfect ski condo for a weekend with friends. Outstanding location, just five minute walk to the Quicksilver lift, and to Breck Brewery and the Main Street shops and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy, the staff at the front desk were helpful. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable. Multiple hot tubs, nice pool, exercise facility, on site management, underground parking (1 spot) on site ski valet to store your skis overnight free of charge (please tip the staff there). We loved everything about it, and would stay here again.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants

Great location. Clean and spacious enough for a small family. Pool, small fitness center, and hot tub on site. A few issues that need attention: - dishwasher doesn’t run it’s cycle consistently. - bathroom toilet handle is broken. - shower handle is broken. - Microwave door is very difficult to close.

July 4th

We loved the location for 4th of July festivities. We were able to walk everywhere and not worry about parking. The facilities are beautiful and the views of the mountains spectacular. This is a very spacious unit with plenty of room to have guests. The 2nd bedroom is a bit tight and not much room to navigate around the bed. Both beds were very comfortable. Guest services were spectacular and very helpful.

Excellent Stay

Excellent location. Quiet condo right next to one of the hot tubs. Windows look out into trees not a road or another condo. Very clean when we arrived. Had one problem with shower handle coming loose but was corrected within 2 hours. Little short on glasses and cups but was only the two of us so no problem for us. Great stay

Great stay! This condo is all about location! Short walk to lifts. You can store and rent your skis at Christy’s (closest)- we used Breck sports in the village. Easy walk to shopping off Main Street and restaurants. Right across street I recommend HD Tavern (best hotdogs and cheese steak), tacos and tequila and empire burger. The HOT TUB is so close! I didn’t find any noise from hot tub to be loud or disruptive. This was a quiet condo. Fireplace was not working- got it fixed- but broke again. Great kitchen. We will be back!

It’s been better in previous years

Our fireplace didn’t work. We reported it & were told they’d come and fix it, which never happened. Because if an issue with the key system, we couldn’t access the parking lot from the street we normally do that. We were sent an email asking if we wanted a late check-out. The link on it took me to a page where nothing could be done. I called the front desk and they didn’t know anything about those emails. I wrote to Vacasa asking for a late check-out and by that time, they told me the cut-off time for that had happened, and that there was nothing that could be done and no exceptions would be made. You guys need to stop sending each communication with the amount you’ll charge us for everything we request and focus on the guest experience. We’ll likely try again, and it better improve or we’ll look for a different place to lodge.

Poorly managed or cheap owner, or possibly both

Great location but after 10 years of renting condos in Keystone and Breckenridge, this unit was the worst so far. It's either poorly managed by Vacasa or has a cheap owner or both. Stayed there for 4 nights and fireplace didn't work for two nights and had to be fixed each day the last two days we stayed there. Very few dishes, coffee for only two days, lights burned out in three rooms and someone burned metal and/or plastic in microwave so it is useless because of the horrible smell. And the rental certificate from city of Breckenridge on the wall expired in 2018. Explains a lot about management.

Decent rental, but don't expect a luxury resort

The unit was clean and in good condition. Location was about a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants on Main St. and about a 5-10 minute walk to the lifts (depends on if you're in gear). But this isn't a luxury resort. There's no housekeeping (which isn't a bit deal since we were only there for 2 nights), but they expect you to load the dishwasher and run it as well as take out all the trash, which was not in a convenient location. You have to go down to the parking garage and walk through the garage to a dumpster, and when I got there it said "recycling only," which was odd and frustrating because the instruction print out I got from the front desk said there was no recycling. They were also stingy with the parking. You only get one parking spot for a 2 bedroom unit, and they said that even if there was extra room in the garage (which there was on our 2nd night), you only get one spot. They recommended that we park in the ice rink parking lot, which was a 10 minute walk away and costs $35 a night. We did the walk when we dropped off the car, but because it was not a fun walk we drove in our other car to go pick up the car. Note that this particular unit is right next to the hot tub, so you can hear people conversing in the hot tub, which was not ideal when you're trying to go to bed at night.
