Nicely fully furnished condo includes a spacious living room w/ fireplace, dining area, full kitchen and outdoor private patio. The master bedroom (King bed) with en suite spacious shower/tub bathroom, two sinks, closet and private patio; 2nd bedroom (Queen bed) with full bath (shower/tub) adjacent. This property is very spacious, has all tile flooring and is kept very clean. Incredible location with walking areas, plenty of shaded tress and golf course nearby!

Great place to escape the cold winter in the North

Monica was one of the most helpful hosts we have ever experienced at a VRBO. When we first arrived there were a few small items that the condo did not have and Monica that evening got all that we requested. The location of the condo is great... only about 30 minutes to Padre Island and also to the Mexican border to get great vanilla. My husband and I enjoyed the traffic-free walk around the neighborhood and the golf course viewing the resaca.

There is a fair bit of noise from the freeway and more noise from the rare train. The unit seemed a little shabby and wasn’t super clean. I shared my concerns with the host but never heard back.
