Perfect property for families to spend time together!! Host was very tentative and easy to reach. Property was clean and well stocked. Pool towels and toys were provided. Many activities to choose from!!! Wind was a factor but nothing that can be helped by anyone!! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!!!

What an amazing place to stay for a large group. It has everything you need, no need to really even go into town. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Carolyn and Marc were amazing hosts. We had so much fun meeting them and they completely took care of us. You can’t go wrong staying at their house.

Family weekend

We enjoyed the sunrise each morning, nice outdoor area with beautiful view. We all enjoyed the foosball and pool table. Plenty of room for our family of 11.

Great place to relax after a day at Waco Surf! Only 20 minute drive, super comfortable and quiet! Everyone was comfortable with plenty of beds!

Soooo quiet and peaceful. No neighbors!!!

If you're looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet, this place is perfect. The house is huge. The host was so nice and helpful in everyway. The pool was clean and amazing!

The view is amazing!

We had such a wonderful time here at this beautiful home! The house was very clean and the pool was awesome! Waco is just a short fifteen minute drive and Battle Lake Golf Course is only a short five minute drive. We can’t wait to go back again!

From the moment we got there we were so impressed. Since it was our anniversary they left us a bottle and wine glasses to celebrate. We had plenty of activities to do while stayed. We will forever remember this trip.

Family vacation

We had a great time while on vacation in Waco. The host met us at the house to show us around. She was very friendly. The house was nice and well maintained. A very clean place for our family. We all loved hanging out at the pool. Definitely a place we will visit again!

This place is absolutely amazing. Check-in was quick and easy. The host was there to give me a walk thru and instructions for the pool/hot tub. We had everything needed in the kitchen for cooking. The house itself is beautiful. The pool and views were awesome. Carolyn and Marc were great hosts. I would definitely give this place a 100/10!!

Relaxing Get away

This place is amazing. The house is very quiet and peaceful. The pool and outside bar area are wonderful. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. Instructions were supplied for all amenities. This is a wonderful place and We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Serene Getaway

The property is peaceful and relaxing. Very quiet. Spent most of our time outside on the back porch enjoying the breeze and the company. The host was super gracious and make sure I was familiar with all the items in the home before she left.

Waco Surf/Family Reunion

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very clean and everything was as listed in the description online. My siblings, our spouses and some of our adult children visited along with our parents that are in their 80’s. The property all being one level made access for our parents very easy. The porch overlooking the pool was the perfect place in the shade for them to watch all the goings on. Carolyn was quick to respond to questions before and during the trip. We are looking at booking again next year!

NM Ranch Staycation

Wow! Impressed, to say the least! The Scott’s, whom we met upon arrival, are a class act with a dollop of southern hospitality! These people were so kind, attentive, but also very respectful with your time and were not intrusive at all. This home is gorgeous! The pictures just don’t give it justification, truly! This property is a true gem! Great job with this beautiful home and thank you for sharing it with our family! We got to make so many memories! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Can’t wait to see you all again!

NeedMore Land & Cattle, but lots of R&R

Very relaxing time at NM Ranch. Convenient to Waco but away enough to be private and peacefully quiet. Lots of room and a well appointed home. Big kitchen and pool area are made for entertaining.
