WOW! Your dream CONTEMPORARY POOL home away from home is complete with an ENTIRELY remodeled interior and revived landscape. With 3 bedroom/2 bath, the home offers upgrades throughout the kitchen, dining, family, master bathroom and living rooms. The beautiful home also includes BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. Within the open floor plan there is a smooth transition from the kitchen to the spacious and perfect for entertaining family room equipped with a wood burning fire place. The master bedroom has an "on suite" bath and walk-in closet while the two other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home for privacy. Maximum 6 people.
Please note, we have security cameras outdoors and in the garage. We have 1 camera in front of the house, 2 cameras at the backyard (one near the pool equipment and another one near the pool to monitor if the pool needs additional services), also 1 camera located inside the garage. There are motion detector cameras. All the cameras are in use and recording video 24/7 during your stay.

FENCED-IN backyard gives privacy while enjoying time in the pool and wooden deck, or playing volleyball or badminton. Located in a cul-de-sac, the neighbor offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with friendly neighbors. Hot tub works only during winter time( per request only).

LOCATION LOCATION, LOCATION, Home located in the heart of the Pinellas county, closer to the beach, mall, restaurant, all the necessities you can think of.

Lovely Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated home. The owners were very responsive and helpful. It was a convenient location, and our kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool!f

Wonderful location- near the beach!

Wonderful property, clean, beautifully decorated and the pool alone is worth the trip. 10 minutes from the beach. The owners are warm and have thought of everything in the home to make your stay a home away from home. Definitely will stay again!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the property! It was clean, very big and open, and enjoyed the pool area! Everything was set up very well and we loved the snacks that were left for us. Highly recommend staying at this property!

Fun and relaxing getaway

The house and property were very clean and well maintained. We greatly enjoyed the pool and patio as well as the large yard with volleyball net. The house was modern, and we found our stay very comfortable! The owners were extremely accommodating with information about the area, suggestions, and making sure we had what needed while there. The location is centrally located with beautiful beaches and things to do all with in a short drive!

We bought this house for ourselves in January 2020. The house was recently updated, all furniture and kitchen appliances are brand new. We have a huge backyard with a pool, patio and grill. Also, we have volleyball nets and badminton set to have some fun during your stay. Please note, hot tub works only during the winter season.
