Bright apartment in the centre of Paris

Delighted to receive you in my beautiful apartment of 34 square meters in the center of Paris, located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Ideally located 12 minutes by public transport from the Louvre Museum and 11 minutes from the Place de la Concorde. You can walk in a dynamic district and discover Paris! Very good stay! :)

Located in Paris and located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the accommodation is bright and is composed of a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a nice living room with a television to relax after an intense day. An inflatable mattress is also at your disposal in front of the double bed.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay:
Dishwasher, oven, television, washing machine, dryer.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers close proximity to many bars and restaurants.
The area is popular with locals and tourists alike.
You will love its location and its proximity to the Grands Boulevards, the REX, the Porte Saint Denis with its large arch, as well as the Oasis d'Aboukir which is just 2 minutes away on foot. Do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is one of the historical financial centers of Europe, being home to the former Stock Exchange which is now called Brongniart Palace. Other major activities in the neighborhood are journalism and fashion. The 2nd is also famous for its Sainte-Anne street, known to Parisians as a haunt for typical Japanese restaurants and shops.
The 2nd arrondissement is also home to the galleries -- traditional covered passages lined with shops -- which are quite possibly the prototypes of today's shopping malls.
While the previously mentioned activities are all daylight activities, the eastern end of the arrondissement - notably the charming rue Montorgueil - has an entirely different reputation, younger and more dynamic.
