Gulf-front living at its best! This fabulous 3 bedroom/3 bathroom property on the 7th floor is the newest addition to our rental program. The 12-foot ceilings create an open and airy feel with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated throughout, this unit comes equipped with all of the comforts of home. Two king beds and two double beds will sleep a total of 8 guests. The primary suite offers breathtaking Gulf views and access to the balcony plus the primary bathroom boasts a garden tub as well as a separate shower. The unit comes equipped with a wet bar with an ice maker, a washer/dryer, 4 flat-screen televisions and a waterfront balcony with dazzling Gulf views. Spanish Key features an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna, two gazebos, outdoor grills, and lush landscaping.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for our family trip. Especially enjoyed the beautiful window in main bedroom… what a way to wake up! The separate ice maker is a great extra. We had questions about what was provided & all my questions were quickly answered via text.

Just what we needed

Fun in the sun on Perdido Key

Beautiful Condo, great location! No hot water..

The condo was beautiful, amenities were great. We had everything we needed and our group of 8 was very comfortable… as long as no one wanted a warm shower. The first person was lucky to get a like warm 10 min shower and despite having 3 bathrooms the water heater couldn’t sustain one bathroom. After speaking to other guests in the building it sounded like a common problem. If the water was warm we’d book again, but unless that’s fixed I would look elsewhere.

Problems

Whole building was being painted. Fire door was closed off. Parking was cut in half-for painting equipment. Out door pool closed. only 1 of 2 elevators worked for 3 weeks. If we had been told about the painting ,we would have gone somewhere else. Building was closing for everyone 2/25.

Unit 708 needs repairs

We have stayed in this unit a number of times. From one year to the next items needing repair remain not fixed. This time the refrigerator door did not close properly so our food was not staying cold. Then we washed all bath towels then put in the dryer and dryer was broken so we had to hang towels out to dry. We were booked for August but cancelled with Vacasa because this unit needs work. We only winded up in this unit because the unit we booked in February the unit owners cancelled their agreement with Vacasa so we had to find another one and this one was the only one not booked for the dates we needed. Spanish Key great. Unit 708 needs repairs.

Great Location

Perfect spot on the beach, low key and not crowded and walking distance to Flora-Bama! Rules in condo need updated. One person in our group was a smoker and she went to smoke where the condo rules indicated and was approached by a gentleman who I assume was the manager and he was pretty rude about the whole ordeal. That’s just a small issue and would definitely go back and stay there!

Best Condo at the Beach

This is a perfect 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. There are basically two masters with a middle bedroom with twin beds. The condo is furnished well and the complex is great. Spanish Key is right on the beach with a fresh water pool, work out facility and grilling area. I highly recommend this condo unit and have already booked our next trip.

Family beach trip

This was a great place! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the space was perfect for my husband our 4 kids, son in law, and grandson. We will definitely stay there again!

The high ceilings,the decor was very calmingand very easy to relax and enjoy our time on the beach with its clear,blue water. All the amenities were enjoyed by the kids, giving them plenty to do. It was quiet at night after lights out. Seventh floor corner patio was my favorite. Thanks for a hassle free vacation in the midst of covid.

Hoping this home was repaired from our June trip

We’ve stayed at Spanish Key for years. We love that’s it’s small, family environment, and quiet beach. Just like in June we had an issue. Smoke alarm in one of bedrooms chirped all night because maintenance didn’t come out to fix till next morning. Vacasa did issue me small credit for inconvenience though.

Beach Trip 2021

We all had a wonderful time in your beautiful place. I love the decor of the place….classy, tasteful, and rustic. The inside of the condo was very clean and supplied with all of the amenities anyone would need. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We found the water at the beach a clear emerald green and the white sands were soft, warm, and clean. The beach area felt very private and not crowded at all. The exterior of the facility is clean and tidy. The exterior pathways on every floor were being scrubbed during our stay. No wonder it looked and smelled so clean outside as well! Oh, the pool was lovely as well.
