A lovely break in the south of France

We were greeted by Elisabeth and felt very welcome. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. The balcony has the sun in the morning and we enjoyed breakfast sat outside. The community is very well kept with palm trees, gardens, and a pool. We found the location ideal for visiting the towns and villages along the coastling. a small tip, visit the port of Santa Lucia (15 minute drive) and try some of the lovely restaurants situated directly at the waters edge. Even though there was a small language barrier, we wish to thank Elisabeth for making sure we were happy. Yes i will learn French and yes a visit is planned for early next year!

Wohnung ist für 2-3 Erwachsene ideal. Mit kleinen Kindern Vorsicht! Es steht viel herum, was kaputt gehen kann. Leider spricht Frau Ville nur Französisch und kommuniziert nur über WhatsApp.

L appartement est meublé de façon confortable…. Effectivement, il faut un moyen minimum d attention…. Mais depuis 7 ans je n ai pas de casse avec les enfants….le matériel est de qualité… donc solide… Le petit bémol le réglage de la TV …. Mais les vacanciers suivants ont réglé le problème….. effectivement, je ne suis pas douée avec la technologie TV… Voilà, j espère que vous garderez un bon souvenir de notre belle région et au plaisir de vous revoir… Bien cordialement , Elisabeth

Très bel endroit

Bel appartement, situé dans un endroit verdoyant et calme. La propriétaire, Élisabeth, nous a réservé un très bel accueil ! Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans l'appartement, tout est propre! La terrasse est un regal, avec vue sur la piscine et la verdure. Seul petit bemol, la taille de lit (1,40) un peu juste pour 2 et la salle de bains qui a besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement qui sera fait cette automne. Si vous avez besoin de linge de lit et essuies, Élisabeth peut vous les mettre à disposition moyenant un petit supplément. La piscine est au top, propre et avec une température d'eau parfaite! Merci à Élisabeth pour l'accueuil et pour toutes les informations sur la région !

Infos fehlen

Mit der Wohnung waren wir zufrieden, es war so ziemlich alles vor Ort. Leider fehlte in der Beschreibung, daß eine Kaution von 300 Euro fällig wird( was nicht das Problem ist), aber für uns gehört es dazu, das man es bereits bei der Buchung erfährt. Desweiteren wurde wir ca 10 Tage vorher angeschrieben, ob wir Bettwäsche benötigen, ja klar. Ungefähr 5 Tage vor der Reise, erhielten wir eine Nachricht, Bettwäsche ist bereit und Bitte an eine Kaution von 300 Euro denken. Okay, bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir dann für die Bettwäsche 150 Euro bezahlen, 10 Tage für 1 Ehebett und 2 Betten für die Enkelkinder .Da erwarte ich einfach, daß man darüber vorher informiert wird. Wir sind daher schon enttäuscht.

Je pense qu’il y’a eu de l incompréhension….ils m ont demandé de prendre le linge de maison ainsi que les draps avec les lits fait… ensuite, pour la caution,il n y a pas eu de problème….sauf que Johannes ne lisait pas ses mails…et les coordonnées bancaires étaient erronées….je n ai pas rencontrer de problèmes avec les autres locataires étrangers… je pense que la plateforme peut lire les échanges….désolée pour le problème de la fuite d eau , cela n était pas prévisible et j ai réagi dans l urgence…cela a été réparée quelques heures après. Je pense avoir fait le maximum envers eux. Voir les commentaires des précédents….je ne relouerai plus à ces personnes pas reconnaissantes…..

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und in einer wunderbaren Lage von Saint-Raphael. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich auch ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein Bäcker sowie eine Apotheke, was praktisch ist. Der Pool ist direkt im Garten der Anlage und für alle zugänglich; allerdings muss man sich selbst um eine Liege etc. kümmern. Die Vermieterin Elisabeth ist eine sehr nette Frau, die uns zur Begrüßung eine Flasche des örtlichen Weins geschenkt und die Wohnung/Umgebung ausführlich vorgestellt hat. Um sich mit ihr verständigen zu können, sollte man jedoch gute Französischkenntnisse haben, da sie kein Englisch spricht ;-) Ein kleiner Hinweis (keine Kritik!): in der Anlage sind nicht nur Touristen, die sich im Urlaub befinden. Es wohnen und arbeiten auch Personen dort, die sich (verständlicherweise) ab und zu vom Lärm am Pool etc. gestört fühlen könnten. Daher ist diese Ferienwohnung vielleicht eher für Singles oder Paare ohne Kinder geeignet.

Nach anfänglichen Sprachproblemen mit der Vermieterin, sehr schnell wohl gefühlt und die Kinder fanden es auch mega. Die Betten sehr bequem die Küche sauber und voll ausgestattet. Super Ferienwohnung mit Weiterempfehlung.
