This was a great property! We normally tow our campers when we come to Moab, but with two little additions to our family we figured a condo with the pool would work better. We loved everything! The condo was great! Super clean and had everything we needed. The pool and food Truck was amazing! Fantastic pizza from the little food truck by the pool.
Definitely plan to stay here again!
The condo and the pool are amazing!!! We had an incredible time and would definitely stay here again. It was a perfect size for our party of 10. Kids and adults were happy all week.
The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! It was close to town and the National Parks. We cozied up by the fireplace during a light snowstorm. We will stay here again if we return!

Perfect place, perfect location, poor check-in
First of all, we would absolutely stay here again. It was a great oasis in Moab for many reasons. The only problem we had is that when we arrived, VRBO mapped us to the address, but there was no information from VRBO or the owner about which unit was ours. We figured it out based on the wifi password that had been emailed to us. Pretty poor experience, but we figured it out!
Pros --
*Location was right for us -- about a 5-mile drive from downtown which was perfect.
*Ample space for a family of 4
*Pool was very nice
Cons --
*Day 1 of using the pool, the pool sign stated we needed wrist bands -- none were to be found -- turns out nobody wears them
*The keypad to get into the room worked about every 5th try
*The cleaning crew showed up a day before we were supposed to leave. A minor hassle, but we shouldn't have had the cleaning crew there asking us when we were leaving as we there "past our stay"
*A property manager showed up and told us that if we had any questions to contact him, as there was a change in the property management the day before -- this made no sense to us, but clearly there was something going on as various individuals felt as though they were "in charge." This occurred the same day the cleaning crew showed up early.
Unit was very nice and well equipped. The pool area is resort like and was very enjoyable in the afternoon after biking all AM. Will be back.

Great condo and pool but lacking communication
The condo and pool itself are great. Decor and bedding we’re nice. The property was quite which was nice. The communication with property manager was awful. I sent a message the day prior to check in to see if we could get in unit two hours early or at least have the okay to use facilities early but received no response. On day of check in the dead bolt to the door seemed to be sticky and was hard to get in at first. Later after using the pool we tried to get back in unit and the dead bolt wouldn’t open again-even after trying several times. After calling manager and getting a voicemail box that was full and trying to call another number for the property that I searched for online I received another full voicemail box. I was slightly panicked with 4 children and two 80 year olds that were soaking wet and my dog inside his kennel in the unit that we weren’t going to get back in. Finally after 10 minutes of trying- lifting up on the door handle really hard to force the dead bolt up it worked. The pool code only worked sporadically (sent message to manager and received no response). Sent inquiry to ask if there were pool towels and received no response. To have a unit that you pay as much as we did for two nights you can’t expect everyone to use their bath towels for the pool (I spent more time doing town laundry than I cared to on vacation-this should be provided). The laundry soap was only about a third full (something that should be stocked given the price of the unit). The unit itself was very very clean and comfy. The dining area is cramped-we couldn’t all use the table at the same time because you couldn’t move the chairs far enough out to sit down unless you moved the table to access one side which caused the other side to be cramped by wall or by the bar stools. Overall the unit was nice and we’d stay again but would like to know that the property manager recognizes that they have guests and are readily available (and if not readily available have an emergency contact listed) should the need arise. We did enjoy our time and even decided it was worth a shot to ask for one more night. I left a voicemail and a few messages but didn’t get a reply until after checkout time. I was shocked that when he did reply he didn’t address the fact that he didn’t respond to any of the other messages over the last two days-at least acknowledge the fact that their were issues and that he would address the biggest one-the deadbolt lock!
we had a small hiccup with the key code for entry having been changed and no alert to allow us access but fortunately this was quickly remedied. The condo is very nice. the bathrooms are quite large. Pool area is pleasant and kids will have a great time.
This is a beautiful condo. The rooms are big, restrooms and kitchen are great. The pool area is amazing. The property managers are easy to work with. Only a couple things are maybe send out things like the WiFi code and pool code ahead of time or display them in the condo. I hate to have to keep asking for stuff. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Moab. Thanks
The condominium was perfect! Everything we needed was provided and all the rooms were immaculate!
The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay there again.
Great place to stay while visiting the National Parks around MOAB
We had a terrific stay at Sage Creek. Beautiful new condo. Great location and helpful manager. Still new, so a few extra items needed to make it perfect- dish cleaning sponge, condiments, menus to local restaurants, etc. We loved our stay. Thanks!
This is the best unit on the property, away from the road, Very clean, bunk beds and on the ground floor set it apart. I also appreciate the fast communication with the owner. The pool on site is amazing, especially for families and big parties.
