Welcome to our southern villa!
If you choose to stay in our villa for your holidays, we warmly thank you.
Upon your arrival, our host will be there to welcome you and show you around every part of the house. She will also provide all the necessary information regarding beach access and nearby amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This rooftop-style villa features 3 bedrooms, including a master suite upstairs with a private terrace, 2 bathrooms, and a large living/dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living space opens on one side to a terrace with a private 8m x 4m swimming pool, and on the other side to a shaded patio with a dining area.

Since 2025, our villa has been enhanced with an additional pétanque court, perfect for sharing friendly moments with family or friends. Located near the pool, it allows everyone to fully enjoy the relaxed holiday atmosphere—between lounging and lively games.

We also provide 7 bicycles free of charge (please take care of them so everyone can enjoy them), allowing you to forget about the car during your stay and make the most of beautiful rides along the seaside.

Outdoor renovation: wooden terrace and patio completed in 2021.
The garden, planted with rare species, surrounds the pool.
Quiet, residential neighborhood.
For safety reasons, you can also view our villa on another French website.

The entire property offers spacious areas, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility.

Accessibility: The house is accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to an access ramp. However, it is not fully adapted for wheelchair use (doorway widths).

Beautiful villa, amazing host

This villa is 10/10. Nathalie is a fantastic host and always quick to respond to messages. The villa is perfect, the pool is amazing and the local area was lovely. The villa has everything you could possibly think of that you would need, we especially loved the super comfortable bean bags by the pool and the bikes you could use. There were lots of shaded areas for when it gets too hot. We had one issue with a toilet which was resolved within an hour of reporting the issue. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

We had a brilliant week in the villa. It had everything we could need for a relaxing stay with our two young children and my parents. We made use of the bikes a few times which was a great way to get around, hiring a small bike for my 4 year old which we managed to do in a close by rental place. The pool was the winning factor for us and we loved the outdoor spaces. Plus the full blackout shutters in each room meant my children slept far better than at home! There were only a few things I would recommend for future which would be to have a shower attachment holder higher on the wall in the downstairs bathroom so you can have a full shower. The screen is already there so that addition would make things much easier. Plus the addition of a smaller bike for young children would be ideal but as I say the rental was easy enough for us. My only negative thing was the large damage deposit which caused us a lot of worry. I'd suggest the host finds a way to allow the balance to be either held on a credit card themselves or to allow this through vrbo so there is some comfort for travellers. We also paid for protection on this through vrbo at the time of booking hoping to take the worry away but this was a wasted payment. The hosts were brilliant though with everything else helping us sort transfers and giving advice. I would recommend the villa for a relaxing break with all your home comforts.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten schöner Terrasse und tollem Pool.Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer und gute Ausstattung der Küche.Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war schnell, gut und ok.Der Empfang und die weitere Kommunikation mit dem „Hausmanager“ war leider nicht sehr herzlich, eher kühl. Toilettenpapier und Bettzeug waren nicht vorhanden, wurde nachträglich organisiert. Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder waren in einem schlechten Zustand (alle Reifen ohne Luft, Bremsen und Gangschaltung teilweise defekt).Pool haben wir selber gereinigt (vielleicht wegen des Wetters/Sturm).Geschäfte, Bars oder Restaurant sind fussläufig nicht erreichbar.Der benachbarte Wasserpark war besonders am Wochenende sehr laut.

Bonsoir Madame, Monsieur, Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour vos compliments concernant notre maison, son agencement et ses équipements. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour dans l’ensemble. Nous sommes désolés que certains points n’aient pas entièrement répondu à vos attentes. Comme précisé dans l’annonce, la maison est classée 3 étoiles et ne comprend pas de service hôtelier quotidien, notamment pour l’entretien de la piscine ou la préparation des lits. Les draps sont déposés sur les lits conformément aux mesures d’hygiène mises en place depuis la période COVID ( voir indication dans l'annonce ). Les vélos sont mis à disposition gracieusement ; nous faisons de notre mieux pour les maintenir en bon état, mais leur utilisation reste sous la bienveillance des locataires ( voir indication dans l'annonce ). Concernant les commerces et restaurants, la baie de l’Amitié, située à environ 10 minutes à pied , propose plusieurs paillotes, bars et restaurants, ce qui permet de profiter agréablement des environs. Nous restons attentifs aux remarques de nos hôtes afin d’améliorer continuellement nos prestations, et nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous vous souhaitons une excellente reprise et serons ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour. Bien cordialement

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Und komplett ausgestattet.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur ca. 7 min. Kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison, décorée avec goût et parfaitement entretenue. Tout est pensé pour le confort, avec un équipement complet (BBQ, plancha, cuisine,etc.) et deux salons d'extérieur ombragés très agréables. Le jardin est joliment végétalisé, l’environnement est calme tout en étant proche des commerces à vélo, avec une boulangerie accessible à pied en 10 minutes, tout comme la mer. Un grand merci à Sévrine pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Superbe maison et très agréable séjour

La maison est conforme aux photos, superbe, bien aménagée, de très bon goût et l'espace piscine magnifique! Au calme dans un quartier pavillonnaire, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos filles de 2 et 7 ans. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
