Adjacent to a sprawling conservation area, this family-friendly vacation rental has been upgraded with many amazing features -- from the beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, to the illuminated light switches, energy-efficient sliding door, shower heads, and flatscreen TVs. This condo is located in the highly sought after community of Windsor Palms, one of the top vacation rental communities in the area, with several deluxe, on-site amenities including a clubhouse with a Tiki bar and a resort pool, billiards tables, a movie theater, convenience store, sports courts, and guard-gated entry.

While a stay at the Windsor Palms Resort puts you within a short drive (or convenient shuttle ride) to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and downtown Orlando, you're also close to several other exciting things to see and do in the Kissimmee area. Right across the road, golfers will want to challenge the 7,012-yard Mystic Dunes championship golf course. Just 15 miles east, visit Shingle Creek Regional Park where you can hike the trails, watch for local wildlife, or drop a kayak into the creek and paddle away at your leisure.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
