clean water. 2) Air Conditioning all levels of the home 3) Upstairs bedroom

carpet floor replaced with hardwood floor.

Great spot!

Great, pet friendly house, close to downtown Stowe. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and baking, which we enjoyed, along with the ample seating at the kitchen counter and dining table. The mountain views are lovely. We slept upstairs and didn't hear much road noise at all. Ravi at Red Awning was a great communicator throughout our stay and beyond! We recommend this rental!

This rental is located directly on Route 100, which is a very busy road with constant traffic. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this likely isn’t the right setting.The fenced yard is a great feature—secure and ideal for dogs—but the lawn itself could use some attention. The first floor offers a lot of space, and the kitchen is large with plenty of room for prep and seating. That said, I wouldn’t describe it as “gourmet.” Cooking supplies are fairly limited, and there are no basic condiments provided, so plan to bring everything you may need.Upstairs, the bedrooms with king beds are spacious and comfortable. The downstairs bedrooms are adequate, but the front bedroom gets significant road noise, which makes restful sleep a challenge.One thing to note is that the first floor lacks sufficient heat registers, so the kitchen area can feel quite cold.Overall, the home works well for larger groups and for those traveling with pets thanks to the space and fenced yard. However, if you’re hoping for a quiet Vermont getaway, this may not meet those expectations. Given these factors, the nightly rate feels higher than it should be.
