Balgowan Rise accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults), making it ideal for couples, families, or groups. The sleeping configuration includes:

• Upstairs: 1 king bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (designed for children), and a cot for infants.
• Downstairs: 3 bedrooms—2 with queen beds and 1 with a double bed.
Quilts and pillows are provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets, towels, and tea towels, or they can opt for linen hire through the Country Getaways office.

With two lounge areas, one on each floor, there’s ample space to relax and unwind.
• Upstairs: A light-filled lounge with stunning ocean views leading to the front balcony.
• Downstairs: A cozy lounge complete with a bar for entertaining.

Both lounges are equipped with televisions and DVD players with USB ports. (Please note: television reception in the area may be poor at times.) Board games are also available for guests to enjoy.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from the red cliffs and white sandy beaches of Balgowan, this property offers an idyllic beachside experience. For added convenience, it’s only a 15-minute drive to the service centre of Maitland for shopping and supplies.

The property provides off-street parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. (Please note, garage access is not available.)
