About this property
Family holiday at the beach - poolside relaxation
Bring the whole family to this great slice of paradise with lots of room for fun. Large outdoor pool area with space for everyone to enjoy. Four bedrooms and plenty of toys and games to keep the kids entertained if needed. Centrally located in Papamoa, it is a 5-minute drive to Papamoa Plaza and under 5 minutes to the nearest beach access.
Extra information for guests to be aware of:
You have access to the main house and outdoor spaces. There is a separate self-contained apartment above the garage with its own access where one person lives. We ask that you park to the left of the garage door and/or on the grass in front of house and front verge so that the tenant is able to get in and out of her parking spot to the right of the garage.
We have a cat that will come and go for food from the garage so the back garage door is left open slightly to allow her to come and go.
