Upon entering, you'll find an open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a two-burner ceramic cooktop, an extractor hood, and a washing machine. The bathroom has a toilet. The north-facing bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, and access to a second balcony. The living/dining room, also north-facing, has a double sofa bed, a television, and access to a first balcony. This north-facing balcony, approximately 5 m², is furnished and offers a view of the street with a glimpse of the Arcachon Basin in the distance. A parking space is included. This charming, well-equipped apartment, close to all amenities, is ideal for a pleasant stay. Pets are not allowed. Departure cleaning is included, following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during your stay.
