Take a leisurely stroll down to the lake edge, or explore the nearby dairy, restaurant, park, and tennis courts or enjoy a cup of coffee at the nearby renowned Cafe Larte Gallery. Close to town (less than 6km) and only a short drive to the boat ramp, this location is perfect for those attending events.
This modern Kiwi Bach is a true family home where you can make unforgettable memories of beautiful Great Lake Taupō.
Please note, under Kiwi Bach tradition, you are expected to bring your own linen. However, a linen hire service is available for your convenience. If you wish to add the linen hire of $17.25 per person, please let us know in the comments section.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

The place was very clean and the layout was very good for our purposes. The view was magnificent and the house is close to Acacia Bay beach and in easy access to Taupo and its offerings.
Loved everything about the house and also the area , with a park a minute away and the lake just 4mins drive away . Definitely recommend this place would love to come back in the next holidays ☺️

The property had everything we needed and was very easy to locate. Plenty of parking space. Comfortable rooms and kitchen facilities and juat an overall gorgoeus location! Highlights for us was the morning sunrise views from the top level bedrooms and the view from the lounge. Would definitely stay again!
