Peaceful as can be

It was a great experience from the get-go. Brilliant communication and a wonderful stay. The walks in the area are great and the people are friendly. It is a peaceful and quiet spot. We’ll definitely consider it again should we be in that area.

This was a great place to stay, very well equiped and comfortable. Was a good spring board to lots of things to see/do in the Tauranga area. Lovely hosts. Would highly recommend.

Great Quiet Spot

The hosts are lovely, very helpful, and quite happy to leave you to your own devices. They were there when needed, but did not feel overbearing. Lovely location, and to top it off the weather was stunning.

Lovely little flat in a quiet neighbourhood. The hosts are excellent people and go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I loved that they offered recycling and composting options.

Very comfortable property, with a great location, to make for a central hub for everything we wanted to do in the area: Hobbiton; Mt. Maunganui; McLaren Falls; and Tauranga.

Tauranga visit

The property was very clean and the layout was what we expected. The gardens are beautiful and look out over the golf course and we had the added bonus that we were able to help ourselves to mandarins off the tree. Thank you for you hospitality we had a great stay.

We came to Omokaroa to visit our daughters and their families

We arrived in the dark and our first impression was that our hosts had left the lights and heater on so it felt welcoming, warm and cozy. In the morning we saw we had a lovely view of a small part of the golf course. It was a very quiet, peaceful area to stay and everything we needed was supplied. Our hosts were non intrusive, and both very friendly, interesting people who we enjoyed meeting.

Much to appreciate.

This is a small attractive basement flat for 1 or 2 people to stay and the property owners were very kind and helpful to us as they endeavoured to accommodate us. We had been misled by an error in the listing saying there was an extra bed. (This has now been corrected so won't cause difficulties for future guests.) We found the location very quiet, overlooking part of the Omokoroa Golf Course and the accommodation was very neat and tidy. Breakfast awaited us in the fridge too! Unfortunately the TV has no aerial so could not provide any TV channels. It does have a Chromecast device plugged in which can able the TV to be used as a monitor by people casting from their smart phones or tablets if they are confident how to do this.

Nice Quite Place

I enjoyed my two night stay in Feb 2023. It is clean and a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were away, but in contact to make sure everything was ok upon my arrival. I would stay here again.

Quiet & Comfortable

Very clean and tidy venue, well appointed and contains all the items needed to ensue a very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners who had opened up the flat on a hot afternoon so that the breeze could cool down the location. We would certainly recommend this location as it is in a quiet and tranquil location and managed by friendly and helpful hosts.
