Este kiwi bach por excelencia se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie de una de las mejores playas de la isla, Palm Beach.
ADEMÁS: incluso puedes escuchar las olas que caen de tu cama por la noche.

My 60th at palm view

Bright clean and airy house, lovely views and short walk to Palm Beach. Perfect spot to relax, enjoyed everything. Great selection of books and games too! Excellent host Carol was incredibly helpful as when we arrived the entire island had a power outage!

Palm Beach beauty

we had friends and family come and go over the Christmas New Year break 2024. The house was immaculate. Beds are all big kings if put together and so comfy. Kitchen is well stocked plenty of crockery & cutlery .. loved the views from the deck. Overall fab time, hosts are very generous with pantry staples and welcome platter (a first).

Cosy and comfortable

We had a great time at Carol’s place. Such a lovely quiet spot nestled amongst the trees with views of the water and bird life. The beds were super comfy and it was so nice to be greeted with some treats to make a cheese platter. Also lovely to have access to kitchen pantry supplies. The beach was just down the road and local shops and cafes a sort drive away. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very clean and well located property at Palm Beach on Waiheke. Communication with Carol was very easy and she was very helpful in arranging our transport from the ferry terminal.

Fabulous stay in Palm Beach

Very clean well and well appointed home only a few minutes walk from the beach. Loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings which gets great sun with a glass of wine. Carol was a great host - highly recommended!

Beautiful nest in the bush

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in process was very easy, the house was clean and the hosts had really gone out of their way to welcome us for the weekend. Would recommend anyone wanting to escape the city for the weekend to pop over to Waiheke and park up on Tiri View Rd. Thanks very much!

Wonderful house with good view

Great house with plenty of room and every facility we wanted. Carole the host was easy to deal with and left us a welcome platter of fruit and chocolates. Good views of the sea from 2 bedrooms and a very short easy walk to Palm Beach

Fabulous house, fabulous location

We had a fantastic stay here! The house is so well equipped and is sitting up in the trees with gorgeous views overlooking the ocean. Our first night we had a barbecue enjoying the view from the deck and in the morning a kererū joined us while we had breakfast. So idyllic. Location is great, super short walk down to Palm Beach (great sandy beach, ideal for swimming) and a playground and lovely cafe. We had a full house with 6 adults and 4 kids aged 2 and under but the house was spacious so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The lovely host, Carol, was friendly and really easy to deal with. Couldn't recommend this place more!

We absolutely loved Carols place. The views were spectacular. The home had everything we needed and was very conveniently located. The beach was just a few steps away. Carol was great to work with and answered our questions immediately. We would definitely stay there again!

Outstanding!

We found our host, Carol, wonderful to deal with, especially when we were forced to postpone our stay due to illness. When we checked into the property on our new dates we were blown away by the beautiful view straight out to the water with native birds flying around the nearby trees. Truly idyllic. The property itself has a very light and airy feel about it, perfect for a beach venue, and the furnishings and linens were all fresh and extremely comfortable. All amenities provided were excellent and the extra touches provided by Carol were also very much appreciated. As we were two adult couples we also loved the house layout with one bedroom and bathroom at one end of the house and the other bedrooms and bathroom at the other. Great for personal space and the communal area and deck in the middle was perfect. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again one day.

Amazing place with wonderful host

We loved our stay here with breath taking views we were totally relaxed from the moment we arrived. The property is incredibly well kept and peaceful. The beach is a a short walk and by far the best on Waiheke.

17 Tiri View Christmas Break

We arrived to an immaculately clean house with Christmas tree erected for presents, fresh grapes and a cheese selection. Our family felt this was going to be a holiday to remember from the get go!! And Palm Beach was prefect for little kids to swim and play. Thanks for a very special visit to Waiheke.
