This Rotorua holiday home enjoys laid back open plan living with views to the lake from the kitchen, dining and lounge you can sit indoors and admire the views or relax on the deck with the peaceful surrounds and uninterrupted lake scenery!

Bedroom 1 has 1 king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 queen beds and with a separate bunk bed bedroom adjoining. Bedroom 3 bunk bed. Bedroom 4 — The rumpus room has 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed.

City Centre is within walking distance to Lakefront, cafe, bar's, restaurant's and local shopping.

This is a relaxed, tranquil setting for your lakefront stay, including a thermal hot tub (Instructions for usage is located in main information booklet). Plus, you are right in the heart of Rotorua, making this an easy option for exploring everything on offer at Lake Rotorua...

Fantastic Lakeside Stay in The City

A perfect spot within 5 minutes walk from the city. We were very comfortable with lots of space inside and plenty of beds. Sitting out on the deck and jumping in the hot pool, looking out towards the lake was the highlight of our stay.

Great View and Location

Great experience in Rotorua. The location on the lake offered fantastic views of the lake and different types of birds, including black swans. We were walking distance to restaurants in Rotorua. The back deck was perfect for hanging out in the morning and evening. The driveway easily fit 3 cars. Really enjoyed the trip!

We had the most perfect stay at this beautiful lakefront home for our netball tornament. The house was absolutely stunning – warm, spacious, and spotless. Every little detail had been thought of, which made our stay so easy and comfortable.The layout was perfect for a group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax together while still having their own space. The home was so clean and well-presented, and we loved how cosy it felt while still being modern and fresh.The location right on the lake is unbeatable – peaceful, beautiful views, and still so close to town.Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous home with us, it truly was the perfect place to stay. We would love to come back again!

Great Location and Property

Had a good stay, was a bit of a process checking in as owner was not aware of our booking through this site. Resolved quickly (house had to be cleaned!) and despite a few things not working (spa & WiFi), owner was very accommodating. Would stay again!
