Perfect location - and views!

Fantastic location. Beatuful views all day. Easy access to the airport and amenities in Frankton area. Easy access to CBD. We stayed in 11 different locations during our 3 week holiday. Birch Haven was the favorite of everyone in the family based on size, location, and house amenities.

What an amazing house!

Definately was Birch heaven.

Great Views

Very neat and tidy house with great views of the lake from both the house and the spa. Sitting in the spa watching the planes at the airport was nice. Inside the house the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed.

Location and comfort

The house had everything that you need for a relaxing home away from home experience. The views were spectacular, and everything we needed was there, plus some extras you don’t usually get. We really enjoyed our stay here at the end of our wonderful New Zealand experience.

The perfect home away from home

House was located perfectly between the airport and city with spectacular views! House was fully equipped with everything we need ( and more ) with great features such as the spa and heated floorings. Could not ask for a better stay and service provided. Thank you!

Great views, close location to downtown, and great hangout spot.

Great stay and amenities overall, especially the porch, hot tub and well equipped kitchen. The master king and bunk beds were comfortable, but the soft duvet on the 2nd king was not comfortable and made the bed too high. Great quiet location with stunning views. For the cost of stay, it would be nice if the shampoo and conditioner were provided.

Great get away location

Great views and location. Forgot to leave note that washing machine had error come up on it. Dishwasher cutlery tray has holes in it and couldn’t close lock box. Very minor as everything else was spot on. Thanks

Stunning getaway

Birch Haven

Amazing trip, Birch Haven was just amazing. Perfect for a teenage family. Plenty of room, kitchen fully equipped, spa pool fantastic. But the best thing is the view. Waking up to that every morning… didn’t want to go home.

Beautiful tranquil getaway

Beautiful warm dry and very well appointed house. Amazing vistas. Good location out of the hustle and bustle but still only a 4 minute drive to town or a 30 minute walk. Perfect getaway with friends. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Wonderful accommodation

We were in Queenstown for our daughters wedding. First time to NZ. Well the view the five star house all added to a wonderful time in Queenstown. I would highly recommend Birch Haven as it was a beautiful haven. Also Vicky great service, prompt in responding all ran smoothly. Paula ACT.
