New, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom condo located in trendy Old Town Victoria. Steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, the inner harbour, and everything downtown Victoria has to offer. Enjoy the comfy queen-sized bed, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, and TV with cable and Netflix. Our 600-square-foot space is bright, has high ceilings, and has a balcony off the dining space. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfy American leather couch, and an eating area with floor-to-ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available. The Cityzen Salute will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria. This is such a great complex we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.

Parking: Above-ground parking is available at an extra cost of $275 per month.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $275 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
