Beds weren’t made, I had to trim the weeds coming thru the decking, no gas in the gas bottle for the bbq, curtains all pulled on arrival, lawns weren’t mowed, very untidy place. No coffee, tea, sugar etc, no towels out. Most expensive place in Moeraki and the worst I’ve stayed at. No option for a refund even if it is cancelled with plenty of notice.

Best View in Moeraki

Had a wonderful family break at this property, Enjoyed it so much we booked and stayed another night, House is modern and warm with full harbor views, 2min walk to the Tavern for dinner.

Excellent relaxing location

Such a great place to stay. Excellent communication from host with great detailed instructions for getting there and useful tips on where to eat. We had our dogs with us which was lovely and we all enjoyed lots of walks around the area including Trotters Gorge DoC walk. Then after it was so relaxing sitting on the super comfy couch watching the storm roll in! Thank you Robyn we had a lovely weekend.

Lovely fresh clean property with a beautiful view. Very well appointed. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and living. Everything was so easy, would love to come back again.

Very nice property, warm and clean with stunning views. House had everything you needed in a beautiful location. Only disappointment was fish snd chip shop only open in weekend. Highly recommend this property

Perfect Place to Unwind

Family gathering for our 40th Anniversary. Fabulous village and accommodation. Moeraki Tavern was great for dinner. Fish wives are without question the best fish and chips in NZ. So relaxing to sit with a glass and wine and watch the sea and boats. We are very grateful to the owners for sharing this beautiful home 😊

Fabulous Location

Amazing location overlooking Moeraki and walking decent to dinner at either the Fishwife or Pub. Size of the house perfect for a large group Read the instructions and do take everything you need (from toilet paper to tea bags) Highly recommend for the perfect getaway to relax and unwind

Quaint little village

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Moeraki. The house was well equipped with a large lounge area. It was nice to be able to take our two dogs. It was a comfortable stay altho the house could do with some minor maintenance (cupboard doors not closing, lounge fold out bed broken etc). A street number on the house would be helpful for locating it. The house was in an excellent location with great views of the port and handy for short walks exploring this quaint little village.
