A lovely modern family home located in Havelock North. Located 5 minute drive into the village, close to Black Barn Winery and Te Mata Estate Winery. Situated on a large sunny section with a private back lawn and alfresco dining, outdoor bbq area, brand new swimming pool amd spa. Still a bit of landscaping around pool to be done. The large open plan kitchen flows through to both lounges and the outdoor entertainment area.
Waimarama and Ocean Beach is approximately a 20 minute drive.

Havelock stay

This property was perfect for our extended family. We had lots of room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa area and it was hard to keep the 3 year old out of the pool. It was a great.base for the things we wanted to do in Hawkes Bay. Would book again a heartbeat

Lovely Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. Great to have two living areas. My step son spent many hours playing in the pool. Would book again if visiting Hawkes Bay in the future.

Great stay

The highlight of the property is the pool and spa area, kids and adults both loved it, and we were lucky with some warm Autumn days.The layout of the house is good for two families, as there are two bedrooms each at both ends of the house. If you have young children, one thing to note is the property is not fenced (pool and spa obviously fenced though.) We had lunch at nearby Black Barn which was absolutely beautiful. Good location to nearby village.

Havelock Haven!

Just what we needed for a relaxing family weekend getaway with our young son and friends. Amazingly spacious home, super comfy beds, Sky sport (thank goodness as we forgot about the big game on the weekend) and of course, the absolute icing on it all was the amazing outdoor area with the orchestra of native birds, fresh lemons for our drinks and relaxing in the pool/spa…..pure perfection! Thanks heaps - was everything and more!! ❤️

Xmas Break

We were very happy with the accommodation and the pool was a winner with the children. Only one negative which was ants in the kitchen made worse because dirty dishes had been left in the dishwasher. Overall we had a teally good stay. Very helpful neighbour opposite

Hi Karen I do apologise for this slight overlook on my cleaners behalf. It would have been me cleaning but I ended up with a flight cancellation in the USA so couldnt get home in time. I had to find a cleaner at the last minute. Again I do apologise for this mishap.

Very comfortable family home

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for all of us. The outdoor space will be amazing once the pool is finished. Nice and quiet location close to town.

Home away from home

The location is perfect for any Hawkes bay visit with great facilities - friendly neighbours and the kids loved the bedrooms which were like “a slice of kiwi life” that they enjoyed. Thank you for allowing us to share your home

Golfing weekend

We had four guys in the Bay playing Golf. Easy drive to courses and at night it was very easy to get into Havelock North for dinner. The house is well laid out with four good bedrooms and a great outdoor area with a spa. Great to deal with, would definitely use again.

Good for a family stay

My husband and our adult grandson and his wife stayed for four nights at the end of May. The house is well equipped and has two comfortable living areas. It is a better house for a family than two couples, as there is one master with a king bed and one room with large twins. The other two bedrooms are single beds. That was my fault for not figuring it out. The yard is lovely, with great bird life even at the beginning of winter. It would be terrific in warm weather, which we unfortunately did not have! The location is very convenient both to Havelock North village and two of the best vineyard restaurants - Black Barn and Craggy Range.

Nice family home

Joyous Stay

What a gentle and lovely location! We spent this time connecting with family under the grape vines and over the kitchen bench. We were so lucky to have a this house, it is so accessible to some of the beautiful sites of Napier and its wider communities. Thank you.

Fantastic house!

We stayed in the property for 4 nights. We had a baby, a toddler, parents and grandparents and everybody absolutely loved it. The garden is really lovely and the house is spacious and comfortable. It provides a great place to visit the region from. The owners were very helpful when we had questions. I strongly recommend this house.
